two day delivery guarantee is false
I have ordered many products and have always been happy with them. I ordered the chill tubes 12.7.26 especially to take on holiday with me 16.7.26 so with the 2 day guaranteed delivery thought i had ordered in plenty of time. However, the product was not delivered until 16.7.26 after I had left for my holiday. On my return I contacted customer services who refused a refund or any help whatsoever saying the product was delivered 15.7.26 although I know it WAS NOT. After numerous emails to try and sort, I was left with no option other than to warn others ordering that the money back guarantee on the two day delivery is not true so please be aware if you want something quick, do not rely on this

A good company to buy from
I have bought a number of items from Must Have Ideas. They have all done what was promised. I had a delivery issue with one item. Not the company's fault but rather it was lost by Royal Mail. When I informed the company they immediately issued a replacement plus refunded me the money I had initially paid. I was pleased to see that their promise that if you don't receive an item within two days you will be refunded your money was true. The customer service gentleman that I spoke to was very polite, helpful and professional.

Aqua Jet Pro
Aqua Jet Pro arrived and I was impressed by the way it was in a case. Used it and it was good, powerful did the job of cleaning the bins, which is why I got it. Just a couple of things that stopped it getting 5*. Firstly the instructions were not great, maybe some pictures would help and having to keep filling the bucket with water.
