I moved to Munro Greenhalgh a couple of years ago, after a lifetime with a well known large brokers. They've been like a breath of fresh air ever since. Recently we had our first fire claim in 30 years. Their diligence in handling it was a major eye opener. Tracy was meticulous in keeping all parties informed at all stages and chasing progress.
Very highly recommended.

Stephen made the whole insurance renewal process straightforward and stress-free. He explained each point thoroughly and was patient when I wasn't sure what information was needed. Always a great experience — wouldn't use anyone else.

I changed insurance brokers last year after our original ones tried to rip me off. We had been using them for over 15 years at the time. Stephen has been amazing; nothing is too much trouble for him. I can call him anytime, and he always speaks to me. It's the best decision I made.
