My order was for a case of red and a case of white for delivery to my daughter but only the case of red was actioned. When I queried the missed case I received no reply.
The case was in two packages of 6 bottles each; one package was broken during delivery, taken back by the delivery company and a replacement sent

Excellent customer service
continued use of this company - delivery is good. they phoned to let me know the first case was damaged so they were shipping another one. it is rare to get a phone call from customer service these days so I was very impressed. Love Italian reds so good value and a strong selection.

I bought one bottle (#2) of 1990…
I bought one bottle (#2) of 1990 Château Mouton-Rothschild, Premier Cru Classé Pauillac for Christmas lunch and it was extremely disappointing and definitely not worth the money I paid. The wine was too old, off and acidic. Dropped an email to the customer service with my feelings a few days later and I never received a reply.
Following my complaint, I have received a £75 refund which is appreciated as a goodwill gesture.
