Worst company i’ve ever experienced

Had deposited £50, it did not show up in my balance. I questionned this, they told me it was a technical issue. I wasn’t happy and said i wanted to close my account and get my money back. They closed my account instantly and have no given me my money back. Absolute joke. AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COSTS!!! I will be pursuing legal action

THEY WOULD NOT PAYOUT! THEY ASKED FOR 6 DIFFERENT FORMS OF ID BEFORE I COULD WITHDRAW... 6! ONCE I SENT THIS TO THEM THEY KEPT ASKING ME FOR PICTURES OF THE FRONT AND BACK OF MY BANK CARD. I CONTACTED MY BANK WHO ADVISED TO NOT SEND ANY PHOTOGRAPHS OF MY BANK CARD OVER THE WEB. NOW THEY ARE REFUSING TO PAY OUT MY WINNINGS. THIS COMPANY ARE A SCAM. THEY CHARGE YOU TO DEPOSIT, THEY CHARGE YOU TO WITHDRAW AND THEN REUSE TO SEND YOU ANY MONEY. I HAVE REPORTED THEM TO THE GAMBLING COMMISSION AND I RECOMMEND EVERYONE ELSE DOES THE SAME TOO TO GET THESE COWBOYS SHUT DOWN!

Mrplay does not honor promotional offers, despite the many attempts at contacting customer support and sending multiple emails. This is now the second time, they have done this! I received a promo offer to bet £10 on the Cheltenham races, to receive a £10 free bet. Have still not received the free bet. Mrplay is aware of what they are doing, but they don't really care about honesty!

Signed up to do the bet 10 get 10 freebet. token was added but doesnt activate. Customer service were polite and offered solutions, none of which work. 5 days later still cant use the bonus. V Poor website and a company that doesnt want to honour thier offers.

The worst betting site ever. joined with promotion which they did not give me when i won my bet which was £19.50 and they took 25p for depositing. withdrew my £18 because they take again £1 for withdrawals and don't let you withdraw 50p so had to leave that in the account. spoke with customer service agent on live chat who was the worst customer service agent I have ever came across who did not help then blocked my account . I have still not received my winnings which was 3/4 days ago now and my account is still blocked. PLEASE GUYS DO NOT JOIN THIS SITE!!! IT IS A SCAM, ROBBED ME AND BLOCKED MY ACCOUNT!!! Avoid at all costs. They charge you when making a deposit and also when you want to withdraw money when closing your account. I had issues using the website trying to place bet. There are much better alternatives.

I wanted to give a review, because I got a fright when I saw all the negative reviews here when I was waiting for my payouts!

I played twice here this week where I had two very good evenings.
On the first evening, I had 3 relatively high cash outs from Live Casino games.
I did also send in my ac verification while impatiently waiting, even though it wasnt requested!
I spoke to live support who were very helpful and quick to respond, with their information on process times etc.
The money was in my bank ac the following morning.
I had left a small amount in my ac to play with & that evening, I won a decent amount again. This was in my ac again the following morning by 10am
Only downside is that they charge a small fee when depositing / withdrawing. Luckily my winnings voided the fee for me. Note that if you're cashing out over the weekend, it won't get processed til Monday!

Not recommended.

Please stay away from this site, they will ask you for documents to upload, once you do that they will then start asking for a selfie holding id. It doesnt matter how you take it, they will ask for it again and again. making up new excuses as to why they cant accept it.

I've played alot and put alot of money on this site usually 50 to 100 at a time especially when I drink I blow cash 10 depos a night and this was happening alot I'm a roofer and a degen and I make good money so anyways I needed up hitting big max cash out and it's dam never impossible to ever get them the documents they want and it's always something and stalling well me being a degen will keep playing ... But listen as my balance kept going down I managed to hit even bigger now a have a max cash out waiting plus another 3 grand this is all off a 50 depo. Support was helpful but frustrating but I stayed calm and get them what the were asking for as the balance grew the support stopped answering and now I can't even log in . All these other reviews must be fake out there because I see it's high else where . I feel this casino has been reviewed quite harshly, however I cannot and won't try to put down anyone else's experience with the site. I made an account last night, deposited £10 and placed a football bet builder on the Lens vs PSG Ligue 1 match with came back at 9.5/1. I received my free £15 bet roughly 30 minutes later, before the bet had even settled. Unfortunately the free bet failed so I went to withdraw £80 of my winnings. Many reviews saying they had great difficulty getting their withdrawal approved, however if you upload documents (proof of ID and proof of address) in the cashout account menu before they ask, then I see no reason why it would be refused. The cashout request was sent at 10:05pm and it is in my bank account now at 5:00pm, so it is quite a decently speedy withdrawal service. I contacted support after uploading my documents to ensure no other verification would be necessary - was able to get through to a human assistant (yes, they have a bot to greet you but unlike many other sites it isn't annoyingly difficult to request a real person to assist you, even giving you this option right off the bat when accessing the support page) in a couple of minutes. They were quick in answering my questions and confirmed no other idenification requests would be made for my withdrawal request. Support system is top notch in comparison to many other online casinos. The reason this is only a 4/5 star review comes down to the UI of the site which is quite poor with screens overlaying each other and constant freezing which requires refreshing of the site, something that can become quite annoying if you're in the middle of creating a multiple or acca. If some improvements were made to the structuring of the site and advertising was pushed out more, I can't see how this site won't grow in popularity.
