Awful company

Awful company. Website was always slow & lagged. Took forever to place a bet but that’s not the worst of it. This company didn’t pay me correctly for a bet builder & after I questioned this, they closed my account with funds still in there. Disgusting service, AVOID at all costs believe me it’s not worth it.

As an affiliate I tested the casino out…

As an affiliate I tested the casino out too. A few players win but not as many as other places. I had a win but they put a limit to prevent me winning again. They said it was to protect me from addiction. But they jidt didn't want me to win anymore. Then the slots were turned off and empty bets at higher bet level. Slots ate my money. It felt like the slot was turned off. I have made a few small wins since. But once you win after logging on, you'll be lucky to win again.
I feel compared to other casinos they dislike paying out. And will try at times not to. I've had a couple of errors. And the popups come just before the wins.
It took great effort to pop the high volatility jackpots. But I figured that was a way as they taking taking. And it worked!

less than 24 hours to get my winnings :)

Really surprised by all the bad reviews. I signed up and verified my account first, ID and bill with proof of address. Deposited £40 and had no luck. Deposited £10 a few days later and won £600 on fishin frenzy, i was gobsmacked!!

i initially panicked when i checked these reviews as it dawned on me that withdrawing might be a nightmare or my account might get blocked or something dodgy, but i just received my money, took less than 24 hours and no extra documents requested, probably because i verified my account when i first signed up.

maybe it was beginners luck, but i've had no issues depositing/playing/withdrawing

if you're thinking of joining i would just verify your account upfront as that seems to help avoid delays with withdrawing.

thanks mr play :)

If no star was a option

If you’re considering signing up with Mr Play Casino, let this be your warning: proceed with extreme caution. While their flashy branding and seemingly generous promotions might catch your eye, my experience has been nothing short of infuriating—particularly when it comes to getting your money back.

Deposits? No Problem.

When it comes to taking your money, Mr Play Casino is more than happy to accept deposits from just about any bank or financial institution. I deposited funds without any issue using my bank, and—unsurprisingly—the payment went through immediately.

Payouts? Good Luck.

But the story changes when it comes time to withdraw your winnings. Mr Play claims to support a wide range of banks and payment options, but in reality, they refuse to pay out to several legitimate and FCA-registered financial services providers, including:
• Think Money
• Virgin Money
• CardOne Banking
• Spectrum Payment Services
• Yorkshire Building Society
• Revolut Banking
• Starling Bank
• Monzo
• Monese / Prepay Technologies

This list contains major, reputable financial institutions—not fringe services. Yet Mr Play conveniently refuses to process withdrawals to any of them. They’ll happily take money from these banks, but when it’s time to pay you, suddenly your account “isn’t eligible” or “is unsupported.”

Lack of Transparency & Accountability

Support is equally unhelpful. Instead of providing clear answers or alternatives, they give generic responses and vague excuses. No proper explanation is given for why these mainstream banks aren’t accepted for withdrawals. It feels like they are deliberately making the process as difficult as possible in the hopes that you’ll give up or spend your balance instead.

Bottom Line

Mr Play Casino operates on a double standard: they’ll take your money in a heartbeat, but when you try to get it back, you’re met with resistance, delay, or outright refusal. Any company that refuses to pay out to widely-used and regulated banks should be approached with serious skepticism.

Verdict: Avoid Mr Play Casino.
Unless you enjoy jumping through hoops and fighting for access to your own money, steer clear. There are many reputable online casinos out there that play fair—Mr Play is not one of them.
As if refusing to pay out to major banks wasn’t enough, Mr Play also suddenly demanded a copy of my bank statement as part of their so-called “verification process”—only after I tried to withdraw. This was never required when I deposited money, of course. It’s clearly a stall tactic.

They asked for sensitive financial documents after happily accepting funds from the same account, which raises serious concerns about transparency and fairness. It feels like they’re looking for any excuse to delay or deny payouts, instead of following standard and consistent procedures.
