Customer Service saves the day again
1. These are definitely my favorite brand of semi cured gel nails. Good retention. Strong gel. Excellent variety of designs and quality of images.
2. Their customer service is wonderful.
I had 2 separate issues with the shipping of my order. One was getting it thru customs and the other was the package getting lost. They were very quick to respond when I reached out with both issues, especially given the time difference between countries.
Very happy. Will absolutely be buying from them again.

I’ve been trying out nail wraps and…
I’ve been trying out nail wraps and have been really impressed with MoYou. They have loads of really pretty styles and they stay on really well.
So far, having tried the non-uv and the semi-cured type, I think the semi-cured ones are best for me as they feel more durable. I haven’t tried taking them off yet though so can’t comment on that. Taking off the non-UV pairs is really easy.
I found them really simple to apply and shape to my nails and I’m so happy they are vegan, cruelty free, hema free and TPO free which is exactly what I was looking for.
Was a little worried they would come off in water but they don’t!

Extremely unhelpful customer service
I have ordered press ons from them several times and noticed inconsistent sizing - their Foil me softly design is shorter than their other ones. I do like them for everyday use so I emailed them asking which ones match the size. I got a lovely lady named Julie who is an expert at corporate fobbing off. First she was sorting it, then she didn’t have the bandwidth to follow up with her own design team… a month later I followed up again… the design team apparently said all sizing is the same…
Politely unhelpful is still unhelpful Julie… not great customer service.

Look great, but no stay power and ignored by customer service.
I bought three sets of nails, a UV light and a gel top coat.
The nails look great when they first go and very easy to apply but last 2-3 days max before they start to fall off and chip. I was really disappointed. I have reached out to customer service several times and no-one that got back to me via email.
Really disappointing and a real
Let down after how lovely they look when first on.

I've swore by moyou nails for a few years now - I use them once every 2-3 weeks and they usually last the whole time. So easy and cheaper than visiting a salon! Recently recieved some great customer service from Julie. I had ordered a set that was defective. As I said, I've been using this brand for years with no issue so I knew this wasn't typical for them. I contacted customer support who were lovely and very helpful. They set me up with a new set over email and threw in a free nail file! Over the moon with the exchange and remain a happy customer, would recommend.

I love MoYou UV gel wraps
I love MoYou UV gel wraps. Overall, they work really well and I am constantly complimented on them. I have played contact sports, gone to the gym, washed dishes, travelled, etc all while wearing the UV gel wraps and they've lasted through it all.
Things to expect:
- There are some designs that work better than others. Some of the designs (like those that have black in them) don't cure well, but any time I've had an issue, customer service has been great at sending me a new set.
- These do damage your nails a bit, even when following the instructions. It's way better than nail salon gel nails, but there is still some damage.
- You may need to play with the cure times and how well you stick the wraps on your nails to get the best outcome.
Overall, would highly recommend the UV gel wraps (the non-UV gel wraps don't work).

Decline in longevity compared to previous experience
I’ve been using MoYou gel stickers for around three years and have always been really happy with them. Previously, they would last at least a week and a half, sometimes even longer — I’d often have to remove them because my nails had grown out.
However, more recently I’ve noticed a drop in how long they last. Over my last four sets, they’ve been coming off much sooner — in some cases within a day. My most recent set lasted only a few hours before several stickers lifted.
Customer service has always been helpful and responsive, which I appreciate. That said, it’s a bit frustrating to keep having the same issue repeatedly.
I’m hoping this is just a temporary quality issue, as I’ve really enjoyed using these in the past.

Endless possibilities
I’ve always had good service from this company. I had a small issue with my last order and they were quick to sort it. No quibbles, just great customer service.
The nail polishes are great. Some are smoother and coat better than others, but I’ve found this to be the case with all brands, as different coloured pigments react differently. The nail plates are fun. It takes a little practise, and as with the polishes, it depends on the designs.
I’ve found the smaller rectangles of images a bit of a tight squeeze on wider/longer nails, so prefer the larger ones. I’ve not got to grips with filling in colours on the reverse of the images, but I’m enjoying trying out new techniques.

Recently purchased a set of the Sassy Punch gel nail wraps. Gorgeous red. Went on really easy. Would have lasted longer than they did if I hadn't wanted to change the colour. No movement or lifting whilst on. Did pop a coat of clear nail varnish on the top once finished putting them on. Can't actually say if it helped other than they did look nice and glossy. Will definitely buy the colour again.
