Brilliant
I have been using the uv gel wraps for 2 years now and wouldn't use anything else. So quick and easy to do, they look great and dont damage your nails.

It is a good alternative to saloon nails. Quick and easy to apply and if it done well, it lasts up to 2 weeks. with a clear jel top coat it could last up to 3 weeks.

Pleasant experience
Generally excellent product, fairly priced, good service and have some of my all time favourite colours and designs. Have had a couple of sets either not as I expected or faulty re poor “sticking power”, this is not specific to moyou, I have used wraps from different companies and have experienced the same issues, sometimes just a faulty batch. Contact with company has been very favourable. I have no problem with continuing to order from this company and am happy to recommend to others.

I love MoYou’s new non UV gel nail…
I love MoYou’s new non UV gel nail strips, they are pretty easy to apply, they do take a bit more time than it says, but still much easier than doing a normal gel manicure. And they lasted really well, took them off after two weeks even though they were still going strong, just wanted to have a new colour on. Only thing I’d say is make sure ALL the glue is cleaned off after taking strips off as I missed some and it meant the new strips didn’t adhere well and they came off easily. So taking them off fully, including glue residue, takes more time than I’d like, but all in all they are a great product. I recommend these non UV gel nail strips.

I absolutely love MoYou nails
I absolutely love MoYou nails! I have tried gels, I have tried acrylics, I have tried all sorts of things that help me have nice healthy looking nails but nothing worked until I discovered MoYou.
These nails do exactly what they say they do. They are easy to apply, they stay firmly stuck to your nails once you have cured them, and they are easy to remove too. Just a little cuticle oil and a cuticle stick and they are off in seconds.
Then what’s left underneath is strong, healthy nail.
There are so many colours and styles to choose from, there is something for everyone.

These gel strips have completely…
These gel strips have completely changed my nails. Before I started using them my nails were constantly breaking and splitting, my hands looked terrible and I never bothered to wear my rings. They are so easy to use and also easy to remove. They last 3 weeks and your nails grow under them in perfect condition. My nails are now all the same length, strong and healthy with no splits or flaking.

A perfect manicure
A perfect manicure, in half an hour at home. I’ve tried lots of semi-cured gels and non-uv gels and Moyou are by far the best.
Take your time, prep nails to ensure they are perfectly clean & slightly ‘key’ by buffing with a fine grade file. I always seal and cure with a clear top coat, sealing the tips. My nails last at least two weeks. Used many times - always a success. Fab.

I love the uv wraps. They last around 3 weeks. I signed up to the subscription as you get early release colours and it works out cheaper. I get so many compliments and I recommend them to everyone.

Non-receipt of order and poor customer…
MoYou London - Non-receipt of order and poor customer service.
Having contacted Moyou regarding non-receipt of my order they have refused to accept that I did not receive my items and would not refund me. They said that they have fulfilled the order due to proof of delivery. The proof of delivery was purely a picture of a letterbox with the parcel stuck in it. I explained that it does not show my door or even a door number so could be anyone's letter box but they stood their ground and refused a refund. I work for solicitors so know my consumer rights so they're about to have a fight on their hands! From reading reviews, seems everyone speaks to "Julie" so they even hide behind a false name! I will never order from this site again and will go back to Holy Gels who look after their customers!
Edited to add: You've not provided me with proof of GPS delivery. I would be interested to see this as I did not receive the goods!
As I explained, the photo you provided does not show a door number or my door so yes, I would be interested to see this GPS proof of delivery.
And you can reply here but not to my email? Interesting.

Your order was dispatched to the address provided at checkout, and Royal Mail have confirmed delivery with GPS tracking linked to that address. We have checked this information carefully on our side and it matches the delivery details given on the order.
As outlined on our website (www.moyou.co.uk), once an item is marked as delivered by the courier, responsibility transfers to the recipient. For this reason, we’re unable to offer a refund.
While we understand how frustrating situations like this can be, we did not refuse to help. As a gesture of goodwill, we offered to arrange a reshipment to help resolve the matter, even though the parcel is confirmed as delivered by the courier.
We always aim to support our customers where possible and remain happy to assist further if you wish to continue discussing this with us directly.
We are a small company and Julie is on hand with all customer services emails and concerns. We are extremely happy to see that our customers commend Julie's work ethic and solution based skills do not go unnoticed.

I had an issue with a product on first time using. I approached customer service and without hesitation they offered to send a free replacement. I am very happy with this outcome as I can re do my nails in a way which will work. The product itself is also very good (nail strips), they have been on a few days a so far have stayed put.

Love Moyou nails and get excited when it’s time to choose my new colours on my subscription. I’ve been a customer for 2 years and I choose the 4 sets every month but you can change the frequency of delivery (which is also so so quick). I’ve had to pause my subscription because I have gathered up months of nails. This is a testament to their durability as most of the time, I’m only having to change the nails because I want to, not because they’re chipped or broken! The only issue I have is I find the glittery ones seem to be thicker and come off quicker than the block colour ones. Would also love a bigger range of block colours as sometimes, you don’t want a mad (but beautiful) design and just wanna keep it classy. Will be a customer for a long time!
