Moy Furniture Centre Reviews 

We'd been around literally a dozen furniture stores, in search of a new suite of furniture, including 2 x armchairs and 1 large sofa.

Moy Furniture Centre is head and shoulders above everywhere we'd been! We found at least 3 different options that we really loved, and the quality was also a couple of levels above the competition.

The staff were really friendly, knowledgeable and didn't pressure us into making our decision, plus we also got a great deal on our furniture.

Would definitely recommend Moy Furniture Centre to anyone.

This was our first time visiting the Moy Furniture showroom, and we were very impressed by how beautiful, bright and airy it was. The quality of the furniture is exceptional, we bought 2 ex display sofas, as we needed some furniture quickly, and received a huge discount for doing so, we were so pleased to have them delivered to us in a few days. Communication regarding the free delivery, was the best I have come across in a long time, and the 2 delivery guys were very polite and efficient. The sofas were delivered right into the room and unpackaged for us.

Brilliant shop, and I would highly recommend it if you are looking for top quality furniture and service.

Thanks to Stephen and Siobhan at Moy Furniture for sourcing & delivering my wonderful sofa. I live in the Midlands and it was no problem using Moy Furniture in Northern Ireland. The whole process worked perfectly and they were the cheapest!!

Well organised delivery of a beautiful sideboard. We ordered online and promptly had a phonecall for Moy Furniture to arrange delivery. We got a call shortly before delivery and the 2 delivery men set up our new sideboard.

This was Probdbly the easiest part of furniture selection. We went to the store to look at kitchen tables and chairs and the support we received was fantastic! We were given all the necessary information an prices to take home and discuss. From this we were able to order our set online. The website was so easy to use and all the after care support has been amazing! A must shop destination!

Great online shopping experience from start to finish. Product as described. Delivery arranged at a time to suit me via phone. This was also confirmed the day before delivery. Delivery as arranged and product assembled by team on site in very professional, timely and neat manner. Their uniforms were particularly professional. No faults at all. We visited Moy Furniture Centre whilst on a day out. We had been trying to find a small upholstered chair for a bedroom and had looked in many stores. At this stage we had almost given up on getting the right one. Marty served us and found just what we had been searching for. He was so pleasant and helpful. I had a fantastic experience at Moy Furniture Centre. I visited many times and asked a lot of questions. Stephen and Rebecca were so friendly and incredibly helpful from start to finish. Rebecca in particular went above and beyond to make sure the furniture I chose was the perfect size and would fit my space. She offered a wide range of fabric options and made the whole process easy and enjoyable.

From I visited Moy furniture I found the staff very friendly and helpful Rebecca ended up serving me a she was very helpful and informative I’m delighted with the way I was treated and kept informed regarding my 3 piece suite .I had it delivered today and the 2men where very nice and friendly also very respectful of my home.

Called past at the weekend looking for a sideboard for the hallway and was not disappointed by the variety on offer at the Moy Furniture Centre. There was help readily available in every area we went into, however we never once felt pushed or pressured into a purchase. Big thanks to Sean who initially spoke to us and Rebecca who tended to our sale when we returned, having visited neighbouring furniture stores to make sure our initial choice was the right one for us. The selection available coupled with the attentiveness and helpful nature of the staff made this store leagues above its local competitors. Order placed and with readily available stock, my delivery will be arriving within a few weeks, and free of charge! Absolutely delighted. Thank you!

We were shopping for a new bed and called into Moy Furniture Centre. We found them extremely helpful. One of the staff was available right away who showed all the beds they had for sale and then left us to consider if there was a bed which we wished to purchase. When we decided on the bed we liked a staff member was immediately available to process the purchase.
The bed had to be sourced from England and we were kept informed of the process of the delivery. When it arrived into Moy Furniture they set up with us the delivery schedule. The delivery was made as planned and Moy’s delivery men took it into the bedroom and erected in place.A really excellent shopping experience from start to finish. Would highly recommend them for the purchase of any furniture items.

Got my Senses Oynx AlangAlang diffuser bought as a gift , when came to getting refills for it , I had to google and Moy furnishings was only one in NI i could find online and in stock, ordering online from them was very easy and had prompt delivery , These Senses reed diffusers smell amazing and are long lasting compared to others I've used, would definately recommend them , all of the different scents smell amazing and come in 3 different sizes they would make a beautiful house warming gift , or just treat yourself , you'll not be dissappointed

Fantastic experience with Moy Furniture. We bought a large consol table. Quality was great, just as described on the website. Exceptional customer service - a confirmation call after we placed our order and a follow up call after we received it. The delivery was really quick and the team were happy to place and unpack for us. Would definitely use again for future purchases.
