Move handled the sale of my home and I received help from negotiator Jack and progression manager, Lee. Both were excellent at their jobs and we're extremely helpful throughout a very difficult sale experience, Lee in particular. Both communicated consistently, were very pleasant to deal with and were great at dealing with the frustrating twists and turns of house selling. Very much recommend Move but would steer clear of their recommended conveyancer KMC.

I contacted move residential to let my house and next day a young Ethan came out to take some pictures of the house. He was very friendly and confident. Very quickly he explained the process and went on with taking the pictures. Following day the house was put on the market. Within 2 days he arranged 2 viewings. He even came to my house to collect house keys on his day off. Very happy with the service. Excellent service.

Since I got in touch with Move residential on Allerton Rd the staff have been very helpful and supportive. The manager Joshua Pemberton-Simms has replied to every mail and kept me updated. I don't live in England and they are taking of of the letting. All the staff have kept me up-dated. I highly recommend this estate agents.

Professional service to this point in the purchase of a property. The sales agent, Alex, at the Allerton Rd office, even worked over office hours on a Friday, liaising with myself and the vendors to agree on an offer. I received confirmation of my accepted offer promptly after that. Calls have been answered promptly - so far, so good.
