saved me a lot of time and was an easy process

really smooth experience moving from FreeAgent to Xero

For the first time I had an issue with a Sage conversion where Movemybooks reported an error but Sage didn't. This meant that Sage couldn't correct the error and, despite reindexing all the files, we still had to do from a backup file (old school!).

Exceptional service as is the norm. Transfer went perfectly

Plse do the stock (inventory) migration correctly it’s the only huddle left
Next is sales order migration as this is confirmed orders

Process was very simple thank you made it much easier to transfer I will use it again

The system is so easy to use. I've onyl had to contact support once and they were fabulous - very responsive, and provided me updates

it was very straightforward and more important user friendly i would certainly recommend them

To have the ability to move so much data was brilliant.
Only problem I had was Quickbooks needs to warn customers not to use the program until data has been transferred.
I had to purge the transfer twice because I had practiced making invoices.

Once understood very straight forwards to load

The customer support was excellent. Really helpful and quick to respond.

The whole process was very well support with informative emails at each stage and finishing with a 'What to do next' email.

A lot of lines were listed as no name so a lot of work re-entering names

Multicurrencies not accepted, transferred created a lot of errors and discrepancies

The transfer from Sage to Xero worked really well. However I use some "Funds" codes in Sage, and this data was not transferred over or incorporated into the Xero setup.

I migrated a 4m turnover business using Movemybooks, and the process was seamless. A task what would have taken myself, weeks if not months, was all completed to a good standard within hours. Xero were happy to pay the fee for migrating to their platform, so an absolutely brilliant experience.

We have used movemybooks many times and the transfer of data is always done on time. Highly recommended.

We used Move My Books to transfer all our data from iur existing accounting system to QuickBooks, their partner firm. The whole migration has failed and we are now left with two accounting systems we cannot use. Move My Books did not check the data before or after the migration and insist no errors were detected during the process but 90% of our data has not been transferred. They are trying to blame us saying we provided an incorrect backup!!!! You cannot speak to anyone over the phone to get help, everything is done via email and you have to wait 24 hours for them to respond. Dreadful support, we wish we had never migrated.

Always a clear smooth process - love this software
