I had a small defect in my phone case so I reached out to Mous customer service. I received a response via email within minutes, and they sent out a replacement right away. Excellent customer service!

Excellent Customer Service for Warranty Claim

I've used nothing but Mous cases for my iPhones over the last few years, and the cases offer excellent protection without being too bulky. They also look great. My latest case had a quality issue that didn't show up for more than a year after purchase. I submitted a warranty claim on Mous' website and within a few hours received a response that a replacement was being shipped to me. Customer service doesn't get better than this. The quality issue with the case is unusual - all of my other Mous cases have been flawless and lasted years without issues.

Quality products and when one thing did…

Quality products and when one thing did break they replaced it immediately with excellent customer care. The replacement looked to have a small design change which means it should last longer- so they've clearly responded to this issue.

Had a little issue with one of the items. The customer support team did very well to accommodate and replace the items. In term of product quality, really happy with the product. The team definitely put a lot of effort trying to tackle user pain points. Truly trusted.

I had a fault with my phone case which…

I had a fault with my phone case which is very unusual with mous products. Contacted there support and was responded to so fast and effectively they are sending a replacement and have apologised. Thats great service. Yes there was an issue but they turned it around with great customer service. Thank you mous more than happy to recommend mous to any on.👍

Really good quality product work…

Really good quality product work exactly as shown and on the off occasion an issue arises customer services are great, quick and responding and getting a solution straight away without any back and forth. Overall a great company already purchased 4 items from them and will definitely be back again.

Bought the case for my new Google pixel…

Bought the case for my new Google pixel 10 Pro from the Mous website as it was reccomended on the google store as an official product. What a joke !
So ive had the case for 3-4 months and honestly i wasnt impressed from the very begining . Its made from very stiff and slippery plastic and as a result was very slippery in hand and also the plastic around the buttons broke the other day ! honestly dont wast your mopney and just get the cheap alternatives that are much better and last forever !
Very overpriced for what it is as well as poor quality !
Will definetely never buy again !

Outstanding customer service from Mous

Outstanding customer service from Mous. The team were incredibly friendly, professional and efficient throughout the whole process. Charlene was so helpful, understanding and quick to resolve the issue with my phone case, and arranged a replacement without any hassle.

It’s refreshing to deal with a company that genuinely values its customers and stands behind its products. We’ve bought several cases from Mous over the years and this experience has only reinforced why we continue to choose them.

This is my 4th case and I only trust…

This is my 4th case and I only trust this brand. It’s crazy durable and not bulky at all like other cases around this level of protection. Had a delivery issue at my apartment but customer service was able to answer my request and provide a solution very quickly.
