Mous Wireless Charging Suction Mount - Awful quality!

Mous Wireless Charging Suction Mount, absolute waste of money if you are wanting to mount this on your windscreen! This is possibly one of the worst screen mounts I have ever seen! The head unit, (the magnetic and charging head your magsafe case attaches to), is sort of OK. It has a built in fan which is meant to keep the phone from overheating, however this fan is noisy. The mag part is fairly secure, but that's as far as positives go for this item. I actually mounted the Mous head unit onto a 'Quadlock' screen mount bracket, as the Quadlock ones are only compatible with their own cases and aren't magsafe compatible. The Quadlock screen mount is absolutely bomb proof and incredibly well made, there is no way their mount is coming off the screen. The mous screen mount - massively overpriced for a really cheap and not fit for purpose product.

Wonderful customer service

I had an unfortunate seam split on my Mous iPhone case, in its third year, which has been otherwise brilliant in protecting my phone from several potentially disastrous drops. I contacted Mous customer service, who replied very speedily.
My contact, Meg, was highly professional, friendly courteous and eager to assist. Having supplied all the requested purchase details, she immediately confirmed that Mous would provide a replacement from the same series. I could wait until my model was back in stock, or opt for another in stock item from the same series. I opted for the latter.
I was notified of despatch later that day and provided with the tracking number for a Tracked 48 hour service. The replacement arrived the very next day - today!
I can't speak highly enough of Meg's customer service and Mous' approach. Would that more companies and customer service personnel were like this!

Protection and Service

I have had Mous cases for several phones now, and they have protected them through many drops and falls. The customer service is also excellent with quick responses. Their warranty is absolutely worth it too. The cases have saved me so much money in the long term!

Good case - Mediocre feel

Good case. Not good enough for the price. The sides are not recessed enough for swipe gestures to feel smooth. The case feels more boxy than expected. Good protection but mediocre feel.

Mous delivers on their promises…

Mous seemed to be everywhere at once with their aggressive marketing campaign but because I bought a new iPhone and needed a case and screen protector, I decided to check them out. Further persuasion was items on sale, a welcome sign up 10% off and voucher codes to be found online.

The items arrived and they are quality, (even the packaging the items are wrapped in are impressive). I expect them be durable and last a long time. (The screen protector is 4 times the price of others found online but I’ve never used something so smooth when scrolling).

I did have a problem with the quality of one of the screen protectors - a bubble I could not remove but then turned out to be something minute trapped in the application layer when applied, and contacted customer service. At that point I thought I would get a reply of “you applied the protector wrong (they provide videos online on how to and a kit included with the screen protector which really helps alignment)”, but no, the customer service went above and beyond to help and the matter was sorted out in just over a day.

This is exceptional. A big thanks to them. When other companies seem to be just after a sale, Mous goes further to make sure the whole experience is satisfactory. My experience has overall has been positive and I cannot fault them.

Limitless Mous case kept my S10+ alive…

Limitless Mous case kept my S10+ alive for 7 years. My phone has fallen so many times in that perios. The first one to survive this long. I removed my screen protector and had the bad luck to fall directly on the display on the metal feet of my office chair which made 25% of the lower display to have a black screen. Still usable. I'd recommend for anyone who doesnt care about the phone like I do.

Screen protector keeps lifting

I have used a number of Mous cases for both IPhone models and Samsung galaxy phones and they are great. However I recently purchased a ceramic screen protector for an IPhone 17 pro max I watched the video followed the instructions exactly used their fitting kit and it lifted at the edges within half an hour, I reported this and to be fair they sent me a replacement I fitted that and exactly the same problem within minutes it has started to lift and it looks terrible. For an item in excess of £40 pounds it is appalling I could have purchased something much much cheaper and got far better results. Really disappointed I would highly recommend avoiding this product!

Customer Service is Excellent!

I had a slight issue with my iPhone 16 pro case detaching around the edges. I sent photos via the customer service and had a replacement arranged to be sent the same day. The customer service is excellent and would highly encourage me to purchase from Mous in future. I would especially like to thank Judy for sorting the issue so quickly and comprehensively.

Excellent Customer Service and Fast Warranty Resolution

I had a very positive experience with Mous customer support. The issue with my case was resolved very quickly and efficiently, without any unnecessary debate or back-and-forth.

I would especially like to highlight the excellent follow-up throughout the whole process. Communication was clear, fast, and professional at every stage. The warranty replacement was handled with great speed, which made the whole experience smooth and stress-free.

Mous fell off…. 🥀

I purchased the iphone 16 pro max case in November of 2025 and the case actually impressed me. No cracked screens, no damage to the phone whatsoever.

However, I did upgrade my phone in March to the iphone 17 pro. So me thinking that since the case for the iphone 16 pro max was perfect, I went ahead and purchased the same case for the 17 pro. That’s where Mous has lost my favor. Every time I have dropped my phone there has been cracks to the screen protector replacing my screen protector 2 times in one week. The design is slightly different and exposes the phone a bit more as well as the screen. I am also disappointed because I paid for express shipping which the case arrived in the same time as normal shipping. I am disappointed in mous and will likely change my case as well as not purchase any more products.
