Quick service, good prices

I had a couple of questions before and after I purchased and their customer service was superb- fast, helpful and accurate. Delivery was also far quicker than I expected. Would 100% recommend them

Brilliant service and price - got all the bits I needed to add a Denali brake light and Hex ez can.

Best Customer Service possible.
They immediately let me know they were not happy with the part I ordered due to slight damage so gave options of full refund, waiting for the same part or free upgrade to a better part.
When the part arrived shortly after it came with a free gift and a pack of haribo. … you had me at Haribo.

Great communication and assistance from the booking stage to handover of bike back to me.

The service from these guys is top notch. Super quick dispatches and 24 hour deliveries which is amazing. I’d nearly always opt to pay for 24 hour delivery for bike parts but nowhere really offers that service. They also stock parts that not all places do. I was after the Denali d7 pro lights and unlike other websites motowales’ makes it so easy to select what you need for your bike. I’ll likely always turn to these guys in the future

Nice people to deal with, kept me informed, as what i wanted was out of stock but due in a few days, bought apduro panniers off them, they arrived as advised and are good quality, would recomend both moto wales and apduro

Excellent service. I ordered some Apduro pannier frames online from Motowales and then after talking to them by phone, I changed my order for 2no Apduro panniers. Motowales credited the original amount paid without any complaint and the panniers themselves arrived a few days later. I havent been able to test them yet on a tour but they look to be good quality
