A good place to sell your vehicle as it enables you to post many photographs, including any defects, so potential buyers can see exactly what the condition is prior to bidding, making the actual collection a very simple process.
One minor issue I experienced was the inability to see the full profile or edit any information once posted.

Total lack of communication from Motorway - no collection. Buyer told V5 problem but you had it and approved - you booked the collection and reminded me - just didn’t tell the buyer. Not the service I’ve come to expect from Motorway.

Despite contacting you on various occasions and being told the problem had been sorted it had not. I sent documentation to say my car was not under finance you kept insisting it was. It's like the elbow does not know what the knee is doing in your company. Being shunted from person to person on the calls I made on the 20th of July. Then the calls I again had to make on the 28th when the car was in the process of being picked up was just unacceptable. Can't do this in the real world. Need to improve your process. Apologies too late. I will not be recommending your service. MSE will get a run down of my experience.

An easy sale although one naturally feels a little stressed - especially if you’ve not used the system previously. The thing to remember is the purchasing dealer will use a third party collection company, so expect multiple contacts. The guy that came to collect (in the end a day earlier than expected) was very pleasant and agreed the car was in exceptional condition. No hassle. The money was in my bank account within fifteen minutes of him arriving.

You take all the evidence photos and dealers try to knock you down the same way as webuyanycar. then they walk away if you refuse.

I was kept informed at all times Everyone was polite and helpful and I felt I got a fair price for my car.

I got a price that exceeded my expectations and £2,000 above the trade-in price I had been offered. I found the App a bit glitchy, but the processes and information given out by Motorway are really clear and work very smoothly.

It was a pretty smooth process. I got more than the initial valuation (although the dealer did drop by a couple of hundred compared to their winning bid) so overall I was happy. More than other companies were going to give me AND the fee was less.

Easy to use - step by step guide - pick up and payment were completely painless - the dealer did the DVLA transfer online and I had immediate confirmation- two small issues - I struggled to add additional information and had to call which was easy and the achieved price was below the guide price which talking to other friends who have used Motorway is normal.
