I have sold 2 cars before and the service was impeccable but this time it took a long time to collect the car and then the buyer tried to get money off for a scratch you could hardly see. But all done and dusted now.

Sold my car with Motorway, it sold very quickly and I got a very good price for it. The buyer came quickly and collected it. Although I wasn't yoo happy about letting the whole V5 form go with it so I let DVLA know myself it had been sold so it wasn't stll registered to me. I would recommend Motorway as a means to sell your car, better than webuyanycar who tried to rob me.

The service was great - however the photos are very fiddly to get right, the documenation to attach is not so easy (when you dont attach all service records, the price is reduced) the collection was smooth (although not ticking the slight alloy damage box was upsetting). However, the price was still better than the part-ex offered by dealers - so I will continue to use Motorway.

A very well organised experience, everything I needed to do was explained clearly even down to guidance on taking the correct photos required, I was kept well informed of each step in the process , the only concern I had was the payment method , I believed it would be through motorway as I’d been asked and supplied my details , but it came directly through the dealer , I felt a bit uncomfortable and wary but it all went through ok

While the process was relatively simple and made it easy to sell my car, the fees they charge the dealership are extremely high, meaning that as a seller we will often get substantially under the guide price due to dealers compensating for the fees.

This is my 2nd time selling a car through Motorway, approximately 6 yrs after 1st experience and was disappointed with the overall experience. Now £80 Administration Fee and they can now collect car on dealers behalf anytime within 5 - 7 days but only a maximum of 300 miles otherwise price can be dropped.?? Unfortunately I won't be using Mororway again as overall experience was not what I was hoping for.

Simple selling process from start to finish. A bit daunting for the person using the site for the first time, but once you're into it the process becomes very easy. I would use Motorway again in the future for any other car sales - it's such a simple and quick way. The cost is slightly high given that you sell the car at under market value but it's acceptable.

The site was easy to use. Communication was excellent, they rang me to check I was happy to go ahead. A really good experience for a first time seller.

The app was simple to use and guides you through the photos that are needed for the listing. Communication with the buyer was seamless too, with the money transferred securely into my account before I handed the keys over

Excellent rapid sale of my car. The amount of detail to be be sent was a little daunting but it did sell the car and quickly.

Selling my car through Motorway was made so easy from uploading the photos to then selling the car, speaking with the advisors from Motorway and dealing with the buyer.

Motorway was quick and easy to use - I hadn't sold a car before and this made the process easy and uncomplicated. A few issues uploading images to the ap - but got there in the end. The team were also supportive as we were selling due to a bereavement and there is a lovely additional touch of providing access to the ap empathy to help with managing the process of coping with a bereavement.
