Mark was excellent, knowledgeable, and took the time to explain everything clearly, with no pressure at any point. The whole process was smooth and well organised, and I felt confident I was being looked after properly. Excellent customer service and a trustworthy company I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them and would happily use them again.

I part exchanged my Fiat with this company for a Jaguar E-Pace, bit of a change but had driven Range Rovers before and it's a car I always wanted. They gave me a good part-ex price and the Jaguar was reasonably priced too.
What stood out for me was the salesman, Tom. Polite, professional and kept in touch throughout the process. When an issue with a sensor delayed delivery he not only kept me in the loop, but then offered to pay half towards the delivery cost as means of an apology for the delay.

When it was delivered by Stevie - another lovely, professional chap - the car was spotless, and had half a tank of diesel (a lot for that kind of car and tank capacity); I've had it three weeks now and working perfectly, no issues at all. It's a beauty to drive and couldn't be happier with it or the service. Would recommend 100%
