1st class service, my wife and myself were treated really well, from the moment we arrived to look for a vehicle to the date of collection everything went smoothly, the saleswoman Megan was really helpful and friendly, it seems that this branch works well as a team, any issues were dealt with as a group, definitely something to be proud of, the final handover was very smooth, I was given a good price for my part exchange vehicle, which reflected in the deal, making this a easy exchange, only downside where were the complementary chocolates sealing the deal 😂, i would definitely recommend this car sales, very rare to find such a great service.

Outstanding customer service for a great new car!
I've just bought a new car from Megan S at the Portsmouth branch and she's been brilliant. It's taken weeks (maybe months) to find the right vehicle and she's been amazing at keeping in touch but not being in the least bit pushy. Nothing was too much trouble and I have every confidence that if I do have any issues, not that I'm expecting any, they will be resolved.
Also worth mentioning that the whole team at Portsmouth were friendly, helpful and incredibly patient with my energetic 4 year old!

Motorpoint always has a great selection of vehicles at good prices and they offer generous trade in values.
Charlie was my salesperson and he was extremely knowledgeable , helpful and efficient. I was greeted by Wesley who invited me to look round asked what I was looking for searched for the specific car I was looking for, it came down to a choice of 2.
