O.k trade-in value for my VW Polo.
On collection day had 13:00 appointment but kept waiting for 45 minutes.
I provide 2 working remote control car keys on trade-in of the Polo but only given one working key for the SEAT Arona the other did not work. Told the salean on initial visit but nothing done.
On collection day was looked after by Lucas Cherry who was superb throughout and he promised to sort out the key problem which is now in hand.

I was served by Joe, who was very helpful, there was no pressure buying or forcing to get unnecessary products, gave me good advise and was very very friendly. Made the whole process smooth, and I was able to get my car on the same day without any fuss.
I've already recommended to my family, but would definitely recommend Burnley's branch.

No hassle .pick the cars your…
No hassle .pick the cars your interested in then matey got us the keys and left us to browse round. Didn't follow us round as seems to be the usual practice
