Motorpoint - Burnley Reviews 

I sold my car to the Burnley branch last month after getting a online valuation, unfortunately upon arrival my service history was deemed as not valid by the sales staff, it had from new two manufacturers services followed by two local services with receipts for all parts supplied from the main dealers, I was then deducted £700 from the agreed price, shortly after the car was on display for £3,750 more than what I was paid, with also displaying a full service history with all the dates and mileage I had supplied to them but not accepted.
I am a old aged pensioner and took the lower offer on their findings in good faith but was shocked to see how they had then taken advantage of the situation to vastly increase their profit and misled me with the findings, I would strongly recommend customers to be cautious with this company and their tactics and would look elsewhere. Motorpoint have all my details so if any of the above details are incorrect or false please feel free to take legal action against me, I also have screenshots from their website as proof, I would also think Trading Standards or any regulatory board could investigate this.

You will always get a great experience at Burnley motor point the staff are very friendly and very helpful. It's full of a good choice of cars in a very clean environment. You can browse at your hearts content without being pestered and get helpful advice when you choose you car. Overall a great experience. And not to forget there's free tea and coffee toilet facilities and wheelchair friendly.

Great vehicle price. We were allowed to test drive more than one vehicle, to compare any differences. The salesman was very open and honest with us. He was also very patient with us, as we took a long time to make a decision.
