Destroyed my credit rating.
Offered me finance on a car, no problem.Unfortunately the deal fell through as a fault was found on the car which meant it couldn’t be sold. I then found another car and you refused my request for finance. No explanation. Consequently my credit rating is now destroyed due to two hard searches in a couple of months. Very disappointing.

Why does it take so long?
I sent an email to MotoNovo Finance on the 12th of May 2026. I need to change my name to my married name. In the email I included my policy number, my name, my address all relevant information as well as a copy of my marriage certificate. I heard nothing so I sent another on the 15th of May, again including all relevant information and my marriage certificate. I had an acknowledgement this time. I had to fill out "reason why" I was contacting MotoNovo. I filled this out including all relevant information. Today I received a reply. MotoNovo will change my name if I send proof, my driving license or my marriage certificate!! I replied with another copy of my marriage certificate!!I think MotoNovo have four copies of my marriage certificate. Has my name been changed? Of course not!! If I missed a payment would it take MotoNovo this long to contact me to try and resolve the issue?
