You get into a trap in the links

You get into a trap in the links. You cannot logoff. You are then billed for things you never wanted. They tell you will be partially reimbursed. And gueuse what? It never happens. A complete trap and scam

Got stuck in middle of signup process

I tried to sign up for your service. Got to the point where I paid with my credit card. Went to the next screen and got stuck. I was asked for more things to add - with a fee - before I could go any further. I just closed your app. My credit card got charged. I asked for a refund today, and you said it was on the way.

FED UP

I just purchased the basic plan. I don't want addons or bonusses and especially an APP! No passwords! I only want what I have paid for. If you cant give it to me withhout all this mumbo-jumbo then CANCEL MY PURCHASE AND REFUND ME IMMEDIATELY, please.

Please be careful

Please be careful, it looks like a scam scheme.
The app is nothing like the ad promises. They try to work you into partial refunds. After exchanging many emails I was promised a full one which never arrived ( nor any sort of confirmation that the process had been initiated)

I purchased the service but have been…

I purchased the service but have been unable to access it. No real instruction on how to set up a password for the first time. I have followed the suggestions on how to get set up but no email comes to my email address to set it up. I get email from them that appears strictly to offer suggestions so i know my email is working but no email comes to set up the password. It feels like a scam. No means to reach out other than email. No phone number or chat. I'd like to cancel and get a refund on this since I can't get into the app. 5/7/26 So they replied. Exact wording as another unsatisfied customer. I sent the email to them. So far no response same as the other customer. Don't waste your money.

So far

So far, I'm loving how accurate this information has been and the boost in my ego. I've been feeling frumpy lately and I'm trying to decide if I should continue to color my hair or let the gray but also white, grow out. Should I cut my long, yet thinning hair daily? I just couldn't make up my mind on anything. So when I saw the ad for Mosso, I thought, why not? I'm excited to see how much I've transformed in 4 weeks.

Scam

Very bad, afraid that it might be scam. I have never received confirmation of purchase. In addition, you simply can not log in becouse there is no possibility to register. I have cancelled the service and asked for full refund - havent received confirmation of cancellation. If the refund does not happen within next 24 hours, I will move the issue to the authorities

I’m thinking of reporting them to the FTC for illegal practices. I never requested the App and never gave them my bank information. I might have clicked on their site but Never ordered anything !! Beware this is a scam

Misleading Checkout Experience and Overhyped Service

My experience with Mosso was disappointing overall.

The marketing and presentation suggested a highly personalized and premium styling service, but after using it for only a few minutes, the actual content felt quite basic and significantly less detailed than expected.

The checkout flow was also confusing. During the purchase process, I believed I was continuing with the same subscription selection, but an additional paid product (“The Archetype Effect” guide) was added separately. While customer support later explained this as an optional add-on, I personally did not feel the distinction was made clearly enough during checkout.

To their credit, the support team remained polite and eventually offered a 50% partial refund of the latest payment as a goodwill gesture, which I appreciated. However, I still believe the pricing and advertising create expectations that the actual service does not fully meet.

I would recommend that future customers carefully review all charges during checkout and keep expectations realistic regarding the level of personalization provided.
