I cancelled signing up because I felt inundated with too much information and too many additional offers once signed up. The messaging seemed hyperbole instead of just saying "we will recommend clothing to be purchased from Amazon all based on your profile." Too confusing.

I learned a good bit about how to build a capsule, but also needed to know what to put in one for me and my lifestyle.
It seemed as though when i told the boy what i was doing that day I was given the same outfit over and over and the ones in my daily suggestions were inappropriate for me. Instead of the Amazon capsule I was promised, I was given H&M and not the classic vibe i wear. There seemed to be a disconnect there. Still learned. 😎

DO NOT USE!
A monthly fee of £40+ has been taken from my bank account for a subscription that I have cancelled. A full refund has been requested immediately and that I no longer wish to have the subscription. My request for a full refund to my bank account was replied to by AI.
Stay away as MOSSO does not offer any support.
I am very disappointed and feel I’ve been taken advantage of and have lost my money.

Do NOT trust this company. I purchased the $19.99 special and checked twice to be sure the subscription box was empty. Still they charged me $79.99 USD this month and won’t refund it. I asked for proof that I ordered a subscription and they can't supply it. BUYER BEWARE

It is a scam. First they say they charge 17€ and then they charged an additional 16.89€ in order to access the app. There was no option to skip this charge and it also happened automatically without face verification from Apple Pay! This is stealing! I have cancelled my membership and now I am unable to contact them to request a full refund which should be applicable due to my right of withdrawal (EU consumer protection legislation, including Directive 2011/83/EU on consumer rights).

I signed up for the 1 month offer and did not set up any kind of direct debit. Tonight I got aCall from my bank to say £56 pounds had gone out. They blocked the payment but I have spent the last hour trying to contact the company. My email
Has bounced back and when I go on the contact page there is a ridiculous spot the changing letter puzzle that stops you getting any further! If someone from this company reads this please get in touch as I am not impressed!
