2nd Time using Mortgage Decisions. This was my 2nd mortgage with Mortgage Decisions and Mark & Robyn have always been there to answer any questions we had and made sure that we were well informed even when the news received from the valuation wasn't great! Would recommended and will be using again

I’ve recently successfully applied for and been offered a mortgage supported by both Joe and Robyn. Being a first time buyer and relatively new to the UK, I greatly appreciated the guidance from Joe in searching for my property and my options for financing. His previous experience as an estate agent was integral in reassuring my concerns and queries which he graciously entertained. Robyn was an absolute champ during the application process, handling all the interactions with the lender so I just had to provide the required documents. We honestly couldn’t have asked for a better mortgage advisor than Simon! He has been an absolute star, helping us through not just one but two transactions. Even when the first one fell through, Simon was right there, following up and liaising with the estate agents on our behalf when things started to look uncertain. Simon recently secured our mortgage lending. He was available to answer my (many!) phone calls and nothing was too much trouble for him. Simon provided constant reassurance throughout the whole process. He was friendly, personable and knowledgeable and we would not hesitate to recommend his services.

Mark is very knowledgeable and was extremely helpful. We had a bit of a difficult situation but Mark managed to obtain a mortgage offer for us. We were kept informed throughout the process by his admin Robyn. Would highly recommend!

I am so happy that we went with Mortgage Decisions to obtain our mortgage. From the start, Toby was very efficient and responsive, and obtaining our offer was no hassle at all. Since then, they have gone above and beyond to answer all of our questions and concerns, and Helen in particular has been so helpful and re-assuring during this stressful process.
