Terrible company avoid at all cost. I ordered a champagne gift box and the item was apparently delivered but never received. They are impossible to get hold of on phone, never reply to emails. If you do order use a credit card to protect yourself or PayPal, luckily i did a charge back so got my 87euro back. Shocking company.

A gift ordered in December was never delivered. No communication with company. After endless attempts at phone calls and three months , money eventually refunded. AVOID

My mother in law made an order in december 2021 and the order has not arrived. The email said the payment was made but no articles were selected. They are not responding to emails or phone calls but have taken the money out of the account. I also tried calling as I speak the language, also no luck. Avoid at all costs

Order placed on Dec 17th to shipment to Netherlands - still hasn't arrived. Delivery with DPD showing as in transit since Dec 31st, they cannot help as Morgenstond are original shipper! Morgenstond are not responding to my email requests and phone is either constantly ringing out or engaged. Can someone from Morgenstond PLEASE RESPOND TO MY QUERY.

I ordered a gift from morgenstond.be. Initially I was concerned as I didn't have confirmation email and money identified on bank account. As soon as money taken by firm I got confirmation email. Item dispatched and delivered on time. Thank you.

Went through the whole ordering process with the bottle of wine in the shopping basket, giving me the total to pay. Went through the whole payment process to then receive an email I paid for the delivery of 8 euro but no bottle of wine!

I had ordered a basket of fresh fruit to be delivered to Groningen, the Netherlands. I unintentionally checked the reviews after I had paid the order and I had been shocked because of the negative reviews here. I almost ordered similar item from a new provider right away due to bad reviews here. But, I couldn't find any who could deliver within a day. So, in the morning (H+1) I was informed by email that my package was underway by DPD Package Service. I was very relieved and happy. And later in the afternoon (almost 1 pm), I was informed by my friend that he had received it in a good condition. I'm really happy and thankful! What I don't understand, why there are many bad reviews here. Maybe the person in charge with the company is different now? I don't know. I just hope it will stay positive, because we'd never know, at least not at the moment.

Made an order purchased did not arrive. they ignored my email so requested a refund still no response.. really unable as it was a gift basket for a birthday.

They never delivered my order!!! Scam and fraudulent!!!! They never reply to emails nor phone calls. Report this!

This website and company are a scam! Do not use it and do not make payments to it! I ordered something and discovered afterwords these bad reviews. If I do not get my money back through the bank I will go to the police.

I ordered two baskets for a friend which was never delivered. They number is constantly engaged and they do not respond to emails. I have had to contact my bank as this company clearly does not exist and is fraudulently charing people for products that never arrive!!!!! AVOID AT ALL Cost!
