My purchase arrived early and in good condition. Prompt and delivery and on time.

I had a bumpy start with my order, but Moonraker ultimately stood over everything and resolved the issue fully.
The radio worked fine at first, but after about a week it began locking up and eventually became unusable. I tried factory resets and a firmware update, but nothing would clear the fault, so I returned it for inspection. There were some delays in communication early on, which caused a bit of frustration, but once the issue reached the right person things moved quickly.
Moonraker arranged a fast collection, refunded the duty, and processed the remaining balance manually. Justin in Sales handled the final stages professionally and kept me updated throughout. He also provided the correct Yaesu cashback link for my next purchase, which was appreciated.
In the end, Moonraker stood over the problem completely and made sure everything was put right. Based on how the resolution was handled, I’m happy to revise my rating to 4 stars.

I pushed the button on a new Yaesu FT-710 and power supply bundle around lunchtime on a Thursday. Not really expecting it to arrive the next day as the websire said that they couldn't guarantee it these days due to the awful condition of the UK postal service. I watched several Royal Mail vans deliver to other houses on the street during the morning and consigned myself to waiting until Monday but around 2pm there's a knock at the door and there it is. Amazing service, thank you.

I had a few questions before purchasing.
An immediate email confirming my order, followed by the email advising of delivery.
An email from the courier advising of the delivery window.
All delivered and up and running within the hour.

Royal mail apologetically delivered a damaged package minus one of four pl259 connectors. Moonraker rapidly replaced the missing item, without question and fast. Full marks for customer service,,,

Having left the below online review Moonraker Online contacted me to resolve my issue, my missing part arrived very quickly.

I ordered parts from Moonraker Online in February 2026. When the shipment was delivered there was a part missing. I sent an email to the sales department to inform them of the missing item and was told a replacement part would be dispatched straight away.

I have sent a number of emails to various other departments within this company trying to get a replacement part and as of today 30 March 2026 I still have not received an item I paid for..

This is my first time and last time to order from this company, the level of customer service is terrible.
