Really easy to use and great range of cards. I love to be able to personalise mine.
Royal Mail messed up my delivery for my dad’s birthday card and pale ales. I chatted with Nicola and she helped me sort everything and get a new order to him within about 10 minutes, start to end. Helpful, polite and fast service. What more could you want. Thank you, Nicola.
I paid premium postage & DPD didn’t even attempt to deliver
I get all my cards for my partner, children, grandchildren, parents and family from moonpig. Yes they're expensive but they all love to recieve then
I ordered a card soft toy and balloon, only the balloon has arrived.
where is the rest of my order
I bought a card and chocolates for fathers day and scheduled the delivery for Saturday when I would be at home but instead the delivery was made on Friday so the chocolates were left on the doorstep in 28 Celsius heat and I came home from work to find them melted and ruined. This ment a frantic trip to the shops to replace them before fathers day so not ideal. The card was nice though
The website is easy to navigate lots of choice also my card was delivered on time, will use again
helps with reminders to reach those far and wide
relatives
Ordered a father’s day gift and card on the 17th to arrive for Sunday 21st
Not been delivered. Absolutely shocking service. You should probably rethink using Royal Mail in future if you guys can’t deliver the service I paid for.
You should be on it for occasions such as this. Embarrassing

I wanted to leave some high praise for your team. The other night, I thought there were people outside and my alarm went off. I checked my cameras but couldn't see anyone. Your team was excellent—they told me to reset the system and reassured me that they would monitor it throughout the night. I feel completely safe with my Verisure system, and it is worth every penny. Excellent company, would highly recommend to anyone! Kind regards, Mr. Watson.
A very last minute purchase and it arrived early in the morning. Excellent service.
My father was made up with his card and present thank you
The Fathers’ Day card was not delivered by the due date. The card had been with the Irish Postal Service, since Tuesday.

I keep getting embarassing messages from Royal Mail "Hi Valda" who is actually the recipient of the card. The last one is apologising for sending the card to Clacton so it still has not been delivered yet. I wouldn't be at all surprised if I don't get it sent back to me! Moonpig - you do realise that the only reason for your business is because people cannot trust Royal Mail anymore - so why are you putting all your faith in them?
Mollie: It's not "feedback" but a complaint as you have not done what you were paid to do and have mixed me with with the chaos of "Royal Mail" whom I try to avoid at all costs. Please recognise the difference

After some unfortunate delivery practice by Royal Mail, despite the order being tracked, the two cards I the order did not make it to it's destination. However, the support team were incredibly helpful and replied practically instantaneously. The individual I spoke to, Grey, was incredibly kind and courteous. After confirming the order's details, they sent off for both cards to be dispatched again at no expense to me. 100% would buy from them again!
The function of the site and the cards themselves are great. Very good quality cards and allow for a good level of personalisation. However, they need to change the delivery service they use. If I pay extra for next day delivery, I don't want it to arrive 2-3 days later.
