I always use moonpig as it’s the best,
Best for cards gifts and last minute purchases as sometimes we can’t make it to the shops.
With moo pig they offer same day delivery and also great gifts you can personalise. Thank you

Poor Customer Service & Antogonstic people

I placed an order for a future delivery date, pre planning as I live overseas and wanted to make sure I had plenty of time to place order and set delivery. Instead 2 of my items were scheduled and the 3rd item was sent out for dispatch straight away. I did online help and had a conversation, the agent was just antagonistic, not helpful and offered no compromise. Therefore I asked for the whole order to be cancelled along with my account completely. I am done with Moonpig.

I'm very dissapointed with the flowers…

I'm very dissapointed with the flowers you delivered to my friend for her birthday. £36 with delivery for a minimal bunch with missing leaves. I'm shocked by the photo she sent me. I really thought they would be nicer! I need to send them a photo as it's not allowing me to upload one here!

Once again promised a delivery on a…

Once again promised a delivery on a specific date to find it is not arriving until a day later. Last time I used Moonpig no card arrived. This is the last time I will use Moonpig. I will be requesting a full refund

Yet again the delivery was late despite…

Yet again the delivery was late despite paying extra for tracked delivery etc. Not sure why I thought it his time would be different … always late and pointless purchase. Definitely won’t be using Moonpig again. So disappointing.
