Had a problem with my card that was delivered today via Royal Mail bending it and no fit state to give it my daughter on her 21st made a complaint to customer service and they had me a new one made straight away for nxt day delivery..luna in costomer services was brilliant..

Mug thrown into my living room window
I ordered 2 Father’s Day cards and a personalised mug, 1 card was posted through the letter box but the mug was launched through my living room window… I have a camera in my house and have evidence of this. The mug was luckily not broken however, I do not appreciate spending so much money on a personalised item for Father’s Day, for it to be launched into my house. Not happy at all.
