I deposited money into this casino, played, and won, but they refused to pay out my winnings. Instead, they only refunded my deposit. Before this, my partner’s friend and her ex-partner used her card (which was considered a third-party card) to play on the site, and they had no issues with receiving their payouts, even though they lost. Now, they’re telling me I’m not allowed to use a third-party card, even though others were allowed to in the past—only when I won, did they refuse.

It seems clear that the casino only allows third-party card usage when it benefits them. I’ve already sought advice from my solicitor and will wait for their response to the final email. If I don’t hear back by February 21st, I will be submitting a court claim for the money I rightfully won, supported by evidence of others being allowed to use third-party cards. This is a scam.

Lucky to get one star. Avoid at all costs.

Joined their site yesterday, deposited £10, had a very small win. They closed my account for absolutely no reason.

I asked why (and I was perfectly prepared to verify my account) until they requested a "enhanced verification" which includes about half a dozen different selfies, including ones of me, standing outside my house, showing door number amongst other things. Sorry, not happening. Surely smashes privacy laws that kind of thing and totally over the top.

The killer is, this was all for coppers...I merely won about £15, sad, so sad.

I have won had my account awhile, won some lost some...my account was then limited, wouldn't let me deposit so I stopped playing for a while, anyway I received 10 free spins and logged back into my account, won £7 then I turned that into £300 and wanted to withdraw, turns out my old card details are saved, so i try to update and it says i can't...my balance needs to be below £50 apparently. I have never heard so much crap in my life, why would I need to have a low balance before I can update my payment/withdrawal method? Try and speak to live help and can't get threw. Update....I managed to updaye my details threw live help. Made a withdrawal ledt £60 in to play...tried to spin and my account has since been frozen 🤣 so just withdrew the rest never to play here again.

Absolutely shocking site :( I’ve spent ££££’s & never got chance of the bonus :( i’ve played the game on other sites so know how it works but the rising jackpot has said over 12 times it’s about to drop & the multiplier which goes up .5 everytime you miss spelling LUCKY by 1 reel has been on x10 (max) for over 70 spins :( it could at least give the bonus even if it gives minimal winnings? Spend X amount of money and 'win' 20 free spins @10p each. Got email giving link to the free spins and on first spin 'insufficient funds'. Lady on chat seemed to be a bit clueless and kept telling me to wait while she looked into my account.. First of all, they should've kept their legit name, Virgin Casino because when they changed, I knew it was going to be all over! This has been by far the worst experience in the history of ALL casinos! I have been trying to contact live chat, email and even by phone since 1/3/2025 and NO ONE has responded. They are pretending they don't see any of messages and that's because they know what went wrong with one of my transactions, they CAN keep that money for the times they have credited my account in the past with their $10.00 but of course after several of my deposits. I want them to CLOSE my account and hope everyone else does too!

If I could give this site zero stars I would. Absolutely disgusting it just drains your money. Don't waste your time with monopoly casino, Virgin games & Jackpotjoy. They need investigating.
