I love the absolute cool style of their sunglasses and i constantly receive compliments - even from random strangers, asking me where i bought my glasses from - which is something i’ve never experienced before.

Later edit: i don’t want to be vindictive and deduct stars from my review at the moment, but i have to be honest, customer service has been non-existent for the past month. I have emailed three times and i’ve been completely ignored each time.

Good quality at right Price!
I waited a year before writing a review that is overwhelmingly positive. I purchased 3 different models 2 with sunglass lenses and 1 pair with a filter for monitor use. The glasses are absolutely good quality, I doubt they are handmade and definitely made in china but...honestly...who doesn't? If you want to buy top-of-the-line glasses you have to be willing to spend at least 4 times the price you spend on these. At the same time I also bought a pair of sunglasses from the well-known brand R__B__, paid 160 euros on offer... honestly the quality is the same. The lenses are absolutely polarized and do their job. Perhaps the only flaw is the shipping time, which in my case varied from 15 days to 30 days with the first order. If you like to change your sunglasses often this brand is definitely for you.

Love these sunglasses, I have 3 pairs now. They are styled so well for the modern era, yet also timeless, they will still be sexy in 2060. And they are very affordable compared to other shades of the same quality and style. And Andrea is great at getting them shipped halfway around the world, very quickly, even during their treasured time of Buon Ferragosto in Italy. I will be brining my Moncada shades back over the pond with me when I move to Sicily when I retire, working on my Sicilian style ahead of time.

I joined the Moncada Eyewear affiliate program and was approved in March 2025. Since then, I have worked hard to promote their brand, generating a significant number of sales and earning a commission of €74.
When it came time to ask about the payout schedule, I reached out to them—but my emails were repeatedly ignored. The communication was extremely poor, and I felt like my concerns didn’t matter at all. Eventually, out of frustration, I told them I would share my experience publicly. Only then did the same person finally respond—yet instead of addressing my question, they kept asking about the source of my traffic, something I had already provided in my very first emails right after they requested it.
I am sharing my story because I truly feel they do not value or respect their partners. We put in real work, time, and effort to generate sales for them, and in return, all we ask for is fair treatment, clear communication, and payment for what we’ve earned. Sadly, my experience has shown the opposite.
Going through dissatisfied customer reviews reveals a lot about how they treat their clients and partners.

Pretend Italian, but all China
Everything comes from China, certainly not from Italy! The quality is poor. My glasses are broken just from wearing them...
Not exactly what I expected
I purchased the Dante Agar sunglasses and, overall, I am disappointed as the product did not meet the expectations set by the photos and advertising. The sunglasses arrived misaligned, with one arm bent, which meant I had to take them to an optician for adjustment, leaving a poor first impression.
Additionally, the front frame and the arms are made from slightly different shades of plastic, which is noticeable upon closer inspection and gives them a cheaper appearance.
The frame is a translucent grey-black, while the lenses have a greenish tint. I feel they would look much better in a solid dark black tone. That said, the lens quality itself is satisfactory and good.

I returned a pair of sunglasses and even paid €10 in shipping costs. It’s now been over 2 months and I still haven’t received my refund. Getting in touch with this company is nearly impossible. On the rare occasion they do respond, they say they’ll “take care of it,” but then weeks go by with no update. Absolutely unacceptable customer service. I will never order here again and I strongly advise others to avoid them too.

Worst experience I have ever had…
Worst experience I have ever had purchasing something online. So it has been a month and a half now since I placed an order and I still haven't received it. When I tried to write to them nobody replied. They only replied after I have wrote a bad review so I thought they actually want to help and I deleted it. As soon as I deleted it they went back to not replying. They don't care about customers at all, only about giving an illusion that they are good company so they can scam more people. Their tracking for the order doesn't work at all, I don't even know if it has been sent. They have nothing to do with Italy, everything is coming from China, and if you look closely all those good reviews seem fake as if they wrote it themselves to paint a good picture.
ABSOLUTE SCAM STAY AWAY!!!

In the end I did get my glasses more than 3 months after I ordered them. After countless e-mails, numerous attempts in reaching out, and AFTER they agreed to refund me instead. But my dissatisfaction did not end there. Few days ago I received an e-mail stating that they are going to sue me just because of the review above. This just confirms what I already wrote, they do not care about the customer at all, instead they just want to paint a mask of being a good company so more people order. This is not a serious company. And finally I present you an e-mail written to me from their so called CEO:

Returned the glasses and send them back to Italy. After more than 4 weeks the reopened the payment @klarna and said that they didn't receive the package.
After contact via email the said that the package is insured by DHL. I should take the money from them and pay the glasses...
Bad experience
I placed an order on July 1st. For the first 10 days, I did not receive updates or a tracking number, and my attempts to contact the company were not answered promptly. I eventually received the tracking number on July 11th. The sunglasses arrived after the expected delivery date. Communication and response times could be improved.
This is a SCAM! Don´t buy it!

I never write reviews but I'm quite angry since I work in the sun every day and ordered my pair of sunglasses on the 9th of June. I emailed them asking when they will arrive and they haven't replied. Of course there is no direct number one can call
- Update on this review. I FINALLY received the glasses and they are crooked. Sad because I really really wanted to like them after waiting so long. Sucks.
