I recently bought the Black Havana sunglass from Dante collection.
It was really amazing product. I loved it. Delivery time was a bit longer than expected but worth the wait.

The product looks really cheap and falling apart. I can’t even wear it because the frame is too loose.

After i contacted the customer service telling that the sunglasses looks ugly and cheap, they told me not to write a bad review otherwise they will take legal action.

I ordered the "DANTE, DESERT" sunglasses. Took around 2 weeks to arrive but very happy with the result. Note: The glasses may feel a bit too big at first. You'll have to use a tool (comes with the glasses) to tighten the frame and then press them firmly into place while on your face. Maybe this is obvious to other people but caused me to panic at first. Anyway, great look and feel once adjusted. Would 100% recommend :)

Items arrived more than 2 months later. Package came from China. Customer service was absolute sh*** and unresponsive!!

DO NOT BUY! Placed an order for two items, received only one after 4 weeks for shipping within Europe.
All communication channels Email, instagram and contact on website not responsive for two weeks.

I am extremely disappointed with my experience with Moncada Eyewear. I placed an order for sunglasses almost two months ago, and I still have not received them. Despite being promised express shipping that should have taken no more than 7 days, my order has been significantly delayed.

The communication from the company has been nothing short of unprofessional. When I contacted them about the delay, they initially assured me that a replacement package had been shipped with priority. However, this replacement has also not arrived, and their responses to my concerns have been dismissive and unhelpful.

In one of their emails, they even made a sarcastic remark comparing my request for a partial refund to trying to get a free Porsche due to a delivery delay. This level of unprofessionalism and lack of customer care is unacceptable.

I requested a 70% discount on the order due to the significant inconvenience and delay, which I believe is a fair and reasonable request given the circumstances. However, they refused to accommodate this, showing a complete disregard for customer satisfaction.

I strongly advise against purchasing from Moncada Eyewear. Their inability to deliver on their promises, combined with their unprofessional and dismissive communication, makes for a terrible customer experience.

Ordered glasses here but wasn’t satisfied about the quality, so I sent them back. Its not the same quality as they claim on their website, instead its louzy chinese quality. Its been a month now and I havent received a refund or a reply on any of my many mails.
Please stay away from this big scam.

I ordered Noto Havana Black. Just arrived . Looking great. Quality to me seems good, better than that price range. I shoot them a message via Instagram about sizes, they were very helpful. Unique looks, good quality and good customer service. I will buy another pair, for sure.

AVOID AT ALL COSTS. Ordered on 15/06 and still not arrived on 08/07. Also ignored an email to their customer service which I don’t think is even monitored. Frustrated this company has turned me into a keyboard warrior.

Moncada truly impressed me with the quality-price ratio of their glasses. I bought a pair of Ennio Smoke, which arrived in about ten days. They are beautiful, top-quality, and I use them on every occasion because they are extremely versatile! I couldn't be more satisfied; I will buy another pair for my girlfriend.

Terrible! Sunglasses produced in china. Refund is very complicated. Conditions unacceptable. To send the package back for a refund, you have to pay it on your own and in the end they charge 12 € extra for shipping if you sent it back. Do not buy!

1- Placed order at 25-05-2024 for two sunglasses
2- Received package on time, only including one sunglass instead of two.
3- Sent an email at 05-06-2024 to email on confirmationaddress without reaction
4- Fill out contact form on website 10-06-2024 without reaction
5- Sent another email to all the emailaddresses on the website, 2 of 3 bounced back.

Summarized, mistake with delivery has made and no contact or solution possible. The Sunglass I received is of good quality tho.

Update:
He contacted me, started a discussion and requested me to change my review. He promised to send out the missing sunglasses and said there were problems with their deliverer. I agreed but did not sent any package or communication after.

Update after update:
Posted a second review to get his attention and finally received a message from him. He mentioned my behaviour is unacceptable. Facts is that he said to sent a package at 25 June. I requested an update or track and trace 4 juli and 11 juli with nu reaction. Posted a review 15 juli and received immediate message from him. Couple of days later the sunglasses were delivered.

I said I delete one review and update this one. HE SENT ME A TREAT WITH LEGAL CHARGES TO DELETE MY REVIEWS (like what!?)

Summary:
Order placed 25 of May and finally completed 18 of July. The sunglasses are good, only if you need contact he only seem to reply after placing reviews and than start being victim because of the reviews.

@Mauro, please just react to your emails and make your customers happy with clear communication. This was a frustrating experience for me.

Scam company, falsely advertised products.

'Handcrafted in Italy' They are made and shipped from China.

'1-5 days delivery' - They are shipped from China. There is no way they can meet 5 let alone 1 day deliver timelines.

Bad communication from the company and the quality is just not worth it. When checking the shipping details, I found out that the packages just come straight from China. Do not recommend spending more than 20 euro’s for these glasses.

I bought the sunglasses in this store. I appreciate the support help and the quality of sunglasses. I am from Ukraine, and only one problem was that they couldn’t sent me them to my country. I found the address in Italy which connected to my Post and asked the support send me the sunglasses to this address. I really love this purchase and will buy another one later. Thank you!

Bought noto black havana for my wife, ended uo stealing them for myself. The Sleek design and incredible comfort make them irresistible. Now we are both both fighting over who gets to wear them everyday.

I bought 5 pair of sunglasses and I keep only 2 of them 3 pair I send back to Italy and not in china and I paid 30€ for courier plus 12€ each they keep it with reason they paid delivery too from China. I lost 66 € only to return it. Refund it took 4 weeks. The glasses are good quality for the price but the return policy is like a described
