Got a replacement sent
Still a waste of money.
I had previously left a review and had someone reach out to me shortly after. The help I got was wonderful, they were so kind. So, I thought that maybe the replacement they said they would send would be better and maybe the first one I ordered was faulty.
I wish that were the case.
I so badly wanted to enjoy my M5 as much as my S12, but I don’t.
I am writing this after over 3 weeks of getting the replacement pump, so please know that I have it time. It hardly gets anything and I usually still feel “full”.
Due to my little one having a lip-tie, he cannot breastfeed so I was relying on the pump to be able to produce for him.
My supply has dropped since my S12 broke and using both M5 pumps.
The new one was better but not doing enough. I am frustrated spending money on a product that didn’t work.
Bottom line: Do not order the M5. It is not worth the money.

Amazing Customer Service!!
As a first-time mom, I purchased the Momcozy Bottle Washer to help make feeding and cleaning a little easier. Unfortunately, my original unit stopped working, but I had a wonderful experience with the Momcozy customer service team.
From the moment I reached out, they were incredibly kind, responsive, and helpful. Their communication was excellent—they replied to my emails very quickly and kept me updated throughout the entire replacement process. I never had to wonder what was going on because they followed up every step of the way.
My replacement bottle washer arrived much faster than I expected, and I absolutely love it. Customer service representative was fantastic! The motor to my pump lost its ability to suction. I explained the situation and she was very understanding. She was able to send me a new working pump immediately free of charge. It arrived to my house 2 days later. I’m still breastfeeding my 9 month old and didn’t know what I would do without a working pump but I’m thankful I do have a backup hospital grade pump. I love the portable pumps though and easy to use on the go!

Momcozy is such a reliable brand, and I highly recommend for anyone who is looking for wearable pumps!
I own the M5 and think it's a great pump overall. A couple of minor downsides: it can't stand upright on a flat surface, and I wish the milk pour hole had a secure plug/lid to stop spills. Still a great buy, though!

I had ordered momcozy pump and after using it for few days one of the pump wasn't working, my bad luck so I reached out to momcozy costumer service and with few emails and information shared they resent me the new set. I bought the S12 pro and had been using it for 6 months and ran into an issue with one of the pumps. I decided to write to mom cozy support and got a very quick response the morning after (i wrote them at night). Thry sent me a new pump the day after and i got it i think like 2 days later! Very happy I vhose momcozy, they have great products and the best customer support and service! Fully recomend!
