I really appreciate how easy it was to send the needed information to get the replacement. I was so relieved to be able to have a new product sent to me. I do think a helpful thing would be to have more information on the website about what information is needed to get the replacement. It was vague online, but the first email was very informative. Maybe putting those instructions on your website to speed up the process and give more information initially.

I have a number of Momcozy products…
I have a number of Momcozy products including the bottle washer, baby monitor, feeding pillow and breast pumps, so it’s fair to say I am a fan of the brand. I got the M9 double breast pumps and was delighted with them until both motors stopped working within 24 hours of each other after 2.5months. I tried to contact Momcozy and although it wasn’t the speediest of responses they did send a replacement product out which took over a week to arrive.
Being a fan of the brand and being an exclusive pumper, I had no choice but to buy another set of pumps whilst I waited for the others to arrive (opted for the Momcozy S12 Pro) The new pumps arrived and less than 2 weeks later the same fault has occurred with the motor.
I have been trying to get a response from Momcozy for several days now and have requested a refund. I have had no response to my email or WhatsApp. I’m so disappointed as some of the Momcozy products have been amazing but clearly there is some kind of issue with the M9 for the motors to keep breaking with such little use and the follow up service has been awful.
Beware of phoning them as well as it is a premium phone number so the first time I called them to request a refund it cost upwards of £10 in charges!

Got a replacement sent
Still a waste of money.
I had previously left a review and had someone reach out to me shortly after. The help I got was wonderful, they were so kind. So, I thought that maybe the replacement they said they would send would be better and maybe the first one I ordered was faulty.
I wish that were the case.
I so badly wanted to enjoy my M5 as much as my S12, but I don’t.
I am writing this after over 3 weeks of getting the replacement pump, so please know that I have it time. It hardly gets anything and I usually still feel “full”.
Due to my little one having a lip-tie, he cannot breastfeed so I was relying on the pump to be able to produce for him.
My supply has dropped since my S12 broke and using both M5 pumps.
The new one was better but not doing enough. I am frustrated spending money on a product that didn’t work.
Bottom line: Do not order the M5. It is not worth the money.

As a first-time mom, I purchased the Momcozy Bottle Washer to help make feeding and cleaning a little easier. Unfortunately, my original unit stopped working, but I had a wonderful experience with the Momcozy customer service team.

Customer service representative was fantastic! The motor to my pump lost its ability to suction. I explained the situation and she was very understanding. She was able to send me a new working pump immediately free of charge. It arrived to my house 2 days later. I’m still breastfeeding my 9 month old and didn’t know what I would do without a working pump but I’m thankful I do have a backup hospital grade pump. I love the portable pumps though and easy to use on the go!
