Momcozy had great customer service. My pump got milk in the motor and they were very helpful and my the process very easy to get new ones.

The customer service was fast and efficient. I had purchased a pump anfter giving birth and it decided to break only less than two months of using it. One of the motors just stopped charging. Customer service was so friendly and understanding and sent a whole new pump to replace the broken one. I was so happy and grateful. It was delivered fast after sorting out the issue and now I’m able to pump for my baby again. Thank you!

I had flanges that kept breaking at the connection point to the bottle. Momcozy was able to replace those for me without having to go through insurance by using the warranty. The response time was quick and detailed so there was minimal back and forth.

Great customer service when I had an issue with my pump motor!

Ordered 2 nursing bras for my daughter and unfortunately due to unforeseen circumstances she only got a few drops of milk after 2 weeks post her C Section and I tried to return them and it was running through hoops and never led to a return. The bras are still in the unopened original packages. I will donate them because my daughter can’t use them. DON’T buy anything from this Chinese company because you’re stuck with the items.

My experience with momcozy has been excellent. Their products are high quality, and I’m genuinely very satisfied with everything I’ve purchased. As a mom, it can be really difficult to choose between so many options available on the market. Sometimes products on other websites look similar, and it’s tempting to go for the cheaper option, but in my experience, they are not the same.

For example, I once bought a newborn finger toothbrush from a very popular low-cost website 🤭. Later, I ordered one from Momcozy, and that’s when I truly understood what a quality product feels like. It stayed securely on my finger, felt much better made, and worked exactly as it should.

What impressed me the most, though, was their customer service. One of my products stopped working right when I needed it the most. Their support team was amazing — they replaced it as quickly as possible, and throughout the process they were empathetic, kind, and professional.

As a customer and as a mom, that level of support really matters.

My Momcozy bottle washer and sterilizer randomly stopped working about 3 months after use. We were cleaning it often and used distilled water and we were able to provide a clear video of it and Momcozy customer service shipped us a new one immediately. As a new mom this saved our routine and time as we navigated our newborn
