We launched the Momcozy Breast Pump Bra in 2017 with the intention of solving a problem mothers faced. Breast pumping technology at the time was not optimized for the lifestyle of being a parent or even a working mother. We weren’t content on simply letting mothers choose between their life or their child’s when there could be a world designed for both. As a team filled with mothers ourselves, we couldn’t ignore it anymore! So with the help of our dedicated community, we set out to create a product that’s not just designed to give mothers more choice, but to transition the industry towards a new goal, to involve mothers in the design process for their betterment. Since then, we’ve only done more towards our mission of empowering moms all over the world to feel beautiful and powerful in comfort. From our quick technology evolutions year on year to our full range of specially designed maternity products made for the occasion, we treat all our product lines as essential items, because that’s what they are to our users.

Motor malfunction

Motor stopped working for my m5 pump so reached out to mom cozy they sent me a replacement the next day. Very satisfied with their help and product

v1 pro

I bought the v1 pro and It’s a good product however it does have quite a lot of major flaws for me:
- dismantling the suction cups from the tubing is really difficult, I have to get my husband to help every time and he also finds it stiff. Unsure if we just have a faulty set
- loses pump suction at the 10 minute mark
- don’t feel my breasts are fully empty even after 30 minutes due to the above
- to sterilise it can’t be put in the steriliser, which is inconvenient and I didn’t realise until I bought the pump

Momcozy over delivered!

Momcozy's customer support truly exceeded my expectations. When my breast pump stopped working, their team responded quickly and made the entire warranty process incredibly easy. Not only did they replace my pump, but they also upgraded me to their newer model at no additional cost.

Their customer service was kind, responsive, and efficient. I had my replacement pump in hand within a week of reaching out. As a breastfeeding mom, that quick turnaround was so important because it helped me maintain my milk supply without missing a beat.

Experiences like this are what build customer loyalty. I already loved Momcozy's products, but their outstanding customer service has made me an even bigger fan. I'll absolutely continue recommending and supporting this brand.

Great customer service and products!

I would like to express my sincere appreciation for the excellent customer service I received.

From the beginning, your support team was very helpful, informative, and responsive. Every question I had was answered clearly, and everyone I spoke with was kind, patient, and easy to communicate with. The entire process was smooth, which made the experience stress-free.

What impressed me the most was your willingness to go above and beyond. I honestly didn't expect that you would replace my entire unit, but you did. That level of service exceeded my expectations and showed your commitment to customer satisfaction.

Excellent customer service, fast replacement

I love the momcozy bottle washer. When we had to get a replacement, it was fast and easy. This has definitely been the best customer service I have had to go through. The new washer is doing great so far. It took a couple days of emailing to get my replacement approved and a couple days later I had it delivered at the house.

Customer service was so kind

Customer service was so kind, helped resolve my issue with genuine care and understanding. Other brands could have just shrugged but they actively helped. Really happy with the products so far as well, and shipped to me the fastest out of a few different baby brands that I ordered from at the same time. 10/10

TERRIBLE WAY TO DO BUSINESS

I originally loved this product. BUT a little chewing of the cord that charges the clippers, when accidentally left out. I tried many Amazon cords and even went to an electrical place to see of one could be made, all said this was engineered strange and in the multiple professional I spoke with said I would have to order specially from MOM COZY. Ok I thought no problem. Contacted the company after being unable to locate a replacement online. They tell me that you cannot order this cord and not sold separately. After 2 weeks of back and forth, this company offered $30 off a brand new unit. Rediculous. Do not buy this brand because you cannot buy any replacement parts. Waste of money!! I COMPLETELY DO NOT RECOMMEND CUSTOMER SERVICE IS SO VERY POOR.

Its good product for a temporary use

It’s a good product - helps to travel and do things not being tightened to baby or location.

However, it’s really unstable in its work, I have 6 pieces of the quick wearable breast pump and only 1 piece is working (I had those for less then 1 years).

It took 1 week for the support team to confirm that they need to replace my 2 broken pieces -it started to pump reverse and other stopped working. Then it took another week (7 days) to deliver a new set. In 2 days, one of the pumps from the new set broke on the same way. Yet, support team did not reply.

I am grateful I could wear Momcozy and live my life, yet I am very disappointed of quality and poor service. I needed to buy another breast pump to be able to keep my lactation while waiting for a new set (which still broke).

Another pump I got actually manages to take more milk vs Momcozy pump.

Excellent customer service

I purchased a nasal aspirator unit from Momcozy and it stopped working for an unknown reason. I reached out to Momcozy support over a weekend and received very prompt replies with them offering to replace my unit immediately. I received the new unit by early that week. One of the best customer service experiences I’ve had!

Horrible customer service

I received a MomCozy gift card as a gift, but when I attempted to use it, I learned that MomCozy does not ship to my location. After contacting customer service, I was explicitly told that the gift card could instead be used to purchase MomCozy products through Amazon, which does deliver to my area.

Months later, when I attempted to do so, I discovered that this information was incorrect. MomCozy gift cards cannot be used on Amazon. When I contacted customer service again, my concerns were repeatedly dismissed, and it took four email inquiries before anyone seriously reviewed the issue. In the end, I received an apology but no resolution, leaving me with a gift card that I cannot use.

What is most disappointing is not the original issue, but the inaccurate information, inconsistent communication, and lack of effort to resolve a problem that was created by MomCozy's own customer service. A reasonable accommodation could easily have been offered, but instead I was left with a useless gift card and a very poor impression of the company.

Based on this experience, I cannot recommend MomCozy's customer service and hope they improve how they handle similar situations in the future.
