Its good product for a temporary use
It’s a good product - helps to travel and do things not being tightened to baby or location.
However, it’s really unstable in its work, I have 6 pieces of the quick wearable breast pump and only 1 piece is working (I had those for less then 1 years).
It took 1 week for the support team to confirm that they need to replace my 2 broken pieces -it started to pump reverse and other stopped working. Then it took another week (7 days) to deliver a new set. In 2 days, one of the pumps from the new set broke on the same way. Yet, support team did not reply.
I am grateful I could wear Momcozy and live my life, yet I am very disappointed of quality and poor service. I needed to buy another breast pump to be able to keep my lactation while waiting for a new set (which still broke).
Another pump I got actually manages to take more milk vs Momcozy pump.

Excellent customer service
I purchased a nasal aspirator unit from Momcozy and it stopped working for an unknown reason. I reached out to Momcozy support over a weekend and received very prompt replies with them offering to replace my unit immediately. I received the new unit by early that week. One of the best customer service experiences I’ve had!
Horrible customer service
I received a MomCozy gift card as a gift, but when I attempted to use it, I learned that MomCozy does not ship to my location. After contacting customer service, I was explicitly told that the gift card could instead be used to purchase MomCozy products through Amazon, which does deliver to my area.
Months later, when I attempted to do so, I discovered that this information was incorrect. MomCozy gift cards cannot be used on Amazon. When I contacted customer service again, my concerns were repeatedly dismissed, and it took four email inquiries before anyone seriously reviewed the issue. In the end, I received an apology but no resolution, leaving me with a gift card that I cannot use.
What is most disappointing is not the original issue, but the inaccurate information, inconsistent communication, and lack of effort to resolve a problem that was created by MomCozy's own customer service. A reasonable accommodation could easily have been offered, but instead I was left with a useless gift card and a very poor impression of the company.
Based on this experience, I cannot recommend MomCozy's customer service and hope they improve how they handle similar situations in the future.

Wir nutzen den Superschnellen tragbaren Muttermilch- und Wasserwärmer für die Reise.
Wir sind mit der Flasche sehr zufrieden. Die Flasche heizt Flüssigkeiten wie Wasser und vermutlich Milch (wir nutzen die Flasche nur für Wasser) auf voreinzustellende Temperaturen (37, 40, 43 bis hin zu 50 Grad). Die Temperaturen weichen leicht ab. Wir nutzen fast immer die 43 Grad Einstellung und wenn man diese Temperatur nachmisst, sind es in etwas immmer 40-41 Grad, statt der eingestellten 43 Grad. Ein bisschen Störend ist, dass wenn wir die Flasche über Nacht nutzen und morgens wieder aufladen, die Flasche öfter automatisch ausgeht, obwohl man die Temperatur auch beim Laden bei 43 Grad halten möchte. Man steckt die Flasche also an das Kabel und nach ein paar Minuten geht die Flasche einfach aus. Das passiert leider mehrmals.
(Wir hatten schon mehrer Flaschen von Momcozy, die leider alle nach einiger Zeit nicht mehr funktionierten. Was einwand frei funktioniert, ist der Support bei Momcozy!!! Wirklich Top. wir mussten lediglich die Rechnung und ein Video von dem Fehler an Momcozy übermitteln und innerhalb 2-3 Werktagen hatten wir dann eine Austausch Flasche: Wirklich Top Support!!!)
We use the super-fast portable breast milk and water warmer for travel. We are very happy with the bottle. The bottle heats liquids like water and presumably milk (we only use the bottle for water) to preset temperatures (37, 40, 43, up to 50 degrees Celsius). The temperatures vary slightly. We almost always use the 43-degree setting, and when we measure the temperature, it is almost always around 40-41 degrees Celsius instead of the set 43 degrees. It is a bit annoying that when we use the bottle overnight and recharge it in the morning, it often switches off automatically, even though the temperature is supposed to remain at 43 degrees Celsius while charging. So, you plug the bottle in, and after a few minutes, it simply switches off. Unfortunately, this happens several times. (We've had several Momcozy bottles, but unfortunately, they all stopped working after a while. What works perfectly, however, is Momcozy's customer support!!! Truly top-notch. We simply had to send Momcozy the receipt and a video of the problem, and within 2-3 business days we received a replacement bottle: Truly excellent support!!!)

I highly recommend Momcozy
I highly recommend Momcozy, especially the M5 pump! After over a year of use and pumping 4-5 times a day, I started having issues with the suction. The M5 was one of my primary pumps and had been used extensively.
I contacted Momcozy customer support, and they were fantastic. Since the M5 is no longer being manufactured, they sent me the upgraded M5 Smart as a replacement. The process was quick and hassle-free, and their customer service exceeded my expectations. It’s great to see a company stand behind its products and take care of its customers. Highly recommend!
Scam, pricing depending on your address
Be aware that the same product is priced differently based on your location! It's not the shipping fee it's just the product price - Breastpumps M6 are sold €20 more expensive to Irish residents than to Portuguese for example. I will not support this kind of business that's charging people more based on their home address. Shame.

I’ve been using the Momcozy baby camera monitor since my baby was 6 months old, and it has been one of the best baby products we’ve purchased. We currently use two cameras in separate rooms, and the split-screen feature allows us to monitor both areas at the same time, which gives us great peace of mind.

Misleading shipping time.
Their claim about when you’ll receive your item is horribly inaccurate. They don’t tell you that the item you are about to purchase is going to ship from China (you don’t find that little nugget of information out until 1-2 days after you placed your order). It took 7 work days (9 days overall) just to be told that my item landed somewhere in the US.
This is my first and last purchase from this company.

I had an issue with the warm water bottle. The Momcozy Support Team immediately responded to my issue and replaced it for me in the shortest time. I recommend Momcozy everytime.
Top notch customer service
Top notch customer service. One of my new pumps came defective & they send me one, before they got the defective back one. Communication was so quick and fast I couldn't keep up. Totally worth it. Even after closing my case, they still reach back to make sure everything is still working. So worth every penny.

Nothing but good things to say about Momcozy! Their customer service is top notch. I was having issues with my pump motors not working and they sent me an entirely new pump (motors, cups, and all) for free.

I appreciate getting the replacement for my broken pump and the customer service was great, however I wish the responses were faster to prevent delay with the issue being resolved as I had to either use a single pump or use a different pump until the replacement came a week after initially reporting the problem.
