Horrible products
Horrible products. Ordered suede boots that took forever to get here. They were nothing like the picture. Not suede, held together by glue and a couple stitches. To return I would have to pay shipping which was more than product. Dont shop here.
Update to reply months after:
You pay to send back product which ends up costing more than what you paid to begin with. I was offered a couple dollars refund "to buy fabric to make it fit" . What a joke. My review stands: horrible product, horrible customer service, don't buy!!

DO NOT PURCHASE from this vendor! Boots shipped are not as shown! The photos and description show an attractive suede boot. What arrived is not suede, and not like the photo - no top-stitching, man-made and cheap material.

Trash, it took 2 months to get the item and once it arrived, it was nothing like the picture. They only sell extremely bad quality and ugly knockoffs items. Dont do business with them!

I wish I had seen these reviews prior to ordering. As it is, I received boots that don’t fit and would be extremely uncomfortable if they did fit. Customer support won’t even reply to tell me where to return them if I want to pay for the shipping to China. Based on these reviews I probably wouldn’t receive any refund anyway.

This is a Chinese company selling crap
This is a Chinese company selling crap. Do not waste your money. Once you discover that it's crap, they will then inform you that you have to return their products back to China at your cost unless you are willing to get a small refund back instead of your entire refund. We need to bring it to our Congress men and women that the Chinese companies advertising products in the U.S. must identify as such, so we can decide whether we want to buy their poor quality products. This needs to happen ASAP.

buyer beware!!
buyer beware!!! i placed an order and didnt receive one of my items. asked about this and was sent an automated message about shipping and returns. made a dispute with paypal and after a lot of back and forth was told my item was out of stock and they could only issue a refund if i close the paypal dispute,which i reluctantly did, but im still waiting for my money. dont think i'll get it. have one more order and i will open a new claim since some of those items have not shipped. will never shop there again...terrible customer service.

please research this company before you buy. terrible! they state they have 24 hour cancellation. they don't! the only way to contact is via, email. It takes 2 days for response and they tell you its shipped and can't be cancelled. any returns, you must pay to return to china. the one piece I ordered is hideous. I am not particular about my clothes, but I after taking pictures of it, put it directly in the trash. I would not even give it to anyone else, its so terribly manufactured. have pictures to email if anyone wants to see them.
I would not give them a star at all, except to write a review I must. Be careful, because online they go by several different company names. But, I join the others who have posted around the internet. stay away from them.
