This company is a joke !!!! They sent me damaged merchandise and wouldn't return it. I just found this out from my credit card company I am going to dispute it and hope they can get my money back !!!

Def been almost a month and my packages still haven’t been shipped. Tried to call, nothing. trial to email them, nothing. All i ordered was 2 pairs of shorts. I definitely wouldn’t recommend this site to anybody.

If I could give NO -star I would. This is not a customer friendly website. Further the products are not as advertise. I'm currently dealing with a customer service nightmare with Modecici. I did not received a satisfactory product and have requested a refund. To be continued.

I've tried working with customer service to resolve this issue. They first said they didn't see anything wrong with the product they sent me which was clearly a different style sweater in a totally different color. They encouraged me to keep the product and give as a gift and they would issue a partial refund. When I demanded a refund and that they take the product back and pay for the shipping, they offered me a $7 partial refund for an $80 purchase. I did not receive the right product and they want to charge me for international shipping to return the product to them for my full refund. I am now in dispute with my payment agent to resolve this issue because this vendor refuse to honor their responsibility to provide proper customer service and make their customers whole if a product is unsatisfactory.

I wish I could give it zero stars. I wish I had read these other reviews before I shopped at modacici. Clothes look nothing like the ones you see on the models big and fluffy. In fact they are thin, run at least 2 sizes or more smaller than what’s stated (nothing near a traditional sizes) and they have a weird odor as if they were left in a moist warehouse....It took over a month to be delivered and then dang near a week for them to respond (no telephone number) only an email. They give you 15 days to return the items that you have to pay for shipping. They also send the items all separately so then you can’t send them all back at one time you have to wait and send them in several boxes... that’s after you get approval to send the brand new item back.. they say email us first let us know your sending it and then they debate that I’m the problem because I should have really lookin closer at their irregular size chart and I’m the problem and not them. I asked them to cancel another item that I had already ordered because clearly it was going to be as upsetting as the two items I had already received and they said they could not...assuring me it had already left the building. They are a horrible company to purchase from and they can care less if your complaining and will do nothing to accommodate you. They make it as hard and as inconvenient as they can so that your stuck with the items. The pictures look really cute and everything looks oversized and comfy on the models. They must be extremely petite because my 2XL would not fit my 150lbs daughter. This company is a rip off and their customer service is absolutely the worst. I pray this is helpful to other buyers that shop online. I wasted over $100. Don’t spend a penny it’s not worth it!

Very poor quality. So thankful I only decided to get on sweater because these folks don’t seem to provide instructions to return. I’ve only gotten emails to negotiate what I will accept for my return starting with $5. I’m done and will never order from another social clothing pop up. Keep the 39.95, it ain’t worth my peace. I just wanted to warn others, BUYER BE AWARE! Don’t purchase.

I’m glad I checked the reviews FIRST! I made the mistake of ordering other sweaters on a FB pop up which turned out to be cheap fabric and smelled as if they were soaked in mildew! I told myself I would never order anything online again from the ‘pop ups’.... but the sweaters from Modacici looked so nice I was about to order... then common sense took over and I checked the reviews. Thank you all for your posts; it saved me time AND money!

I ordered a cardigan over a month ago and never received it. This company is a rip off. DON'T ORDER FROM THEM!!!!

This site will pop up on your feed. Please do not order ANYTHING from this website. They are a complete rip off. They do not honor their own policy on returns. The merchandise is of dirt cheap quality and none of their items are true to size. If you have a problem you will never get it resolved.I have sent letters and called and can not get my problem resolved. POOR SERVICE. POOR Quality!!

Dang, I haven’t even ordered but glad I didn’t because these reviews are horrible. I saw a gorgeous sweater advertised on IG that I almost ordered. Something said...read the reviews first. Glad I did. No thanks. Too many online scams to risk my money.

Poor customer service! Don't be fooled by the nice looking pictures of their products. I should have known better. Now I am trying to get a refund. Good luck with that! I ordered a green blouse - they sent turquoise/teal. Said to send pictures, which I did. They didn't see anything wrong in the picture! Quality is also not what I expected. Said rather than return the items, I should consider giving to a friend!

I got exactly what I expected, lightweight clothing that was very inexpensive. Perfect for hot weather. I carefully went by the measurements, NOT the size and things fit perfectly. A medium top and an extra large bottom ( not my usual sizes)
After washing, they do need ironing. But everything is as expected. Shipping took longer because of the VIRUS. I'm ordering more today!

If there was a zero I would have given them that.
I also wish I would have read these reviews first as my experience is the same as others. One shirt didn't fit and they keep wanting me to take measurements of myself, compare again the size chart and send them PHOTOS!
I have also noticed lately these exact same clothes come up on my facebook feed sold by different companies using the same photos.
I also think this company is a sham. Will just keep items and try to resell.

Terrible, awful experience. Quality is terrible. Out of 5 items which were a great price - only one really fit. Total runaround trying to get items returned. Told to open clothes, take pictures and measurements. Also told the sizing is different on every product - whaaaat?

9/2 - Responding to the reply below offering to assist to rectify this. However, I tried for a month or two to deal directly with the company. The representatives did not want to send a shipping label to return the product claiming it would never get to them. Finally, they told me they would give me a $35 credit but it would cost me $45 to return the items! Oh, never mind that it was supposed to be “free” returns. I don’t think so!

Same experiences as others. Of course did not see this until I had ordered. STAY AWAY - TOTAL SCAM!

Wish I had checked here before ordering. Same problem. Took several weeks to receive the poor quality cheaply sized tops I ordered. I immediately emailed customer service. Next day they asked me to measure and take pictures. Of what? My body or there crappy tops? They are too small-I can’t wear After more back and forth they asked me to keep them and they would issue a $5 refund. Their responses are always sent in the middle of the night and their verbiage is strange so no doubt they are in China. I too will seek recourse with Paypal. STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY
Update-Filed a claim with Paypal under their protection plan. Initially they denied my claim. Then s few days later approved and gave me a full refund. Do NOT order from this company. It is a nightmare. Thank heavens I paid with Paypal.

I’d rate them a minus 10 if possible. Terrible service . I ordered 3 items which I received a week before their website tracker indicated. I emailed the company to ask about their return policy on the one item which is too small .
They did reply telling me to wait until I received
The order before returning anything ...this is insane ( as I had informed them I had already received the order ,otherwise how would I know one item was too small ?
Once again I replied and no response at all .
Do NOT ORDER ANYTHING from this company , a complete rip off.

I ordered several items from this company and received them after 3 weeks. They enclosed no order form or paperwork. 2 shirts did not fit and I asked for a refund of $60.00 and have been getting "polite" but useless responses. The last response was to offer to pay me $5.00 and I should keep the shirts.
What recourse do we have with companies in China?

Do NOT order from this company. Im trying to exchange a shirt for a different size . Should be simple! They requested me to send pictures showing measurements etc. I have provided more than enough proof and it is still not enough.

I am adding to these strings of complaints, as I have had the same experience. Order placed back in the end of May and quickly paid for, but nothing since. No clothes delivered, and only a recent assurance (today) that one of my four items has been sent. I have asked for a refund but have little confidence that that will be handled correctly. I wish that I had read these reviews before I made this purchase, as I would not have trusted this company in light of the problems all of these customers are having! I hope that others take note and go elsewhere--to hopefully receive the clothing that they ordered and paid for within a reasonable time!

I am now adding more information since this last post, and since the company wrote a reply. I did receive two of the four items that I ordered, and they were of very poor quality--nothing like the photos seen on the website. I have asked for a refund on the remaining two items which I have not received, and I have not gotten any response about my request for a refund. In their response to me, they tell me to email them with my order number--which I had already done several times without any response. The way that I was finally able to get ANY response was on FB messenger, but again, no word on my refund or my remaining two items. Please avoid this purported company--I believe that it is a sham.
