Very poor customer service
I placed my order on April 9th & as of today 6/27 I still have NOT received a Tracking number nor received any answer to my many emails. They were very fast charging my CC for $126.00 for my order; but their customer service is extremely poor. They mention to contact service modacici.com but good luck accessing it.

My order number is 9348. I wish I had read even one of these reviews before I ordered $114 worth of clothes. I placed the order May 24th and have sent messages to Modescici twice and have received replies...like on 5/24 Thank you for your order, were getting your order ready and will notify you when it hs been sent. Then on May 28, I sent another note asking for ship date and tracking number, they replied same day saying your order is being worked on, have a nice day from Lea. Then on May 30 I sent a note saying if I don't get a tracking number soon, I'm cancelling my order. I received a reply same day, "We checked and found your parcel is still in processing. It will take 7-12 working days, Please don't worry and wish you a nice day from Evelyn. Needless to say, it's June 16 and I still have not received confirmation that my order has shjipped.(3 blouses and 2 pair of pants) Now I'm afraid my clothing order will be cheaply made and not at all like it looked on line. This is my first and last dealing with them. They should be ashamed! Goes to show you money is more important than treating customers with respect and honesty.

No response at all to our emails to website address. Will NEVER place another order to this firm.

CHEAP PRODUCTS
This is another overseas business that definitely does not stand behind their product. Ordered a pair of shoes & they absolutely did not look anything like the picture. They were plastic & cheaply made. Of course to get a refund you are responsible for shipping which is almost twice the amount of the purchase or you can opt to get 30% & keep the merchandise that isn't worth having. Stay away from them.

This company sells product it does not actually have. I have waited 3 months for two pair of boots. Customer service replies within 24 hours but there is always an excuse. I ordered boots and 16 hrs later changed my mind. In their return policy you have 24hrs to cancel order. I did, and they said it shipped already?!!? Im disputing the matter with PayPal. I knew it didnt seem right! The boots in the picture look really expensive, worth more than $20. Ive read other reviews after the fact, and i was right. Be weary of these online companies from china. They'll send you anything.

What a SCAM!!!
Clothes and shoes are nothing like the photos or description. Clothing is poorly made, rubbish material and as for customer service.....well, that just leaves me confounded, it doesn’t exist!! I requested a refund and was told, it would take too long to return the items as per the return policy, so all they would refund was 10% of the total cost and I could keep the items. So I’m left out of pocket and have clothes and shoes I won’t wear. I don’t even think I want insult the charity shops with this rubbish!!

This company is AWFUL. They are a total scam and seem very proud of that fact. My order looked NOTHING like what I thought I was getting. And I mean to a ridiculous degree. Just an absolute joke. The company won’t let you return it. They won’t even list their address on their website. You have to ask them for it by email...what does that tell you. I’m having to dispute it with my credit card. Please save yourself the trouble and never order from these people!!

If there was a -star I would choose it. I ordered three pairs of boots, one pair came on time, then I get a notice one pair was out of stock. I ordered these boots on November 4, 2019 and as of this date, December 19 (45 days later) I still have not received the third pair. Their tracking number says the merchandise is unknown, they have no information. I have never dealt with such a poorly run company in my life and if you are smart please do not order anything from this company.

This company is a total sham. The items pictured are not what you recieve it's a complete scam. Then when you want to return the product you can't because shipping is more then you paid for the product. Horrible experience and waste of money.

They don't send several at a time, but one at a time after long delays. I have not received the bulk of my gifts for Christmas presents so I doubt if I will receive anything before Christmas. I hope so. I received two extra small sweaters and the 4X Extra Large sweater was a screen print of the sweater that is online. Not a sweater at all. It is flimsy material and very small too. I even increased the size to a 4X women's and still received a small top. I would not buy again for any reason! I do NOT recommend

While they advertise returns, you have to ship the items back to CHINA at your own expense. They offer first a 15% refund then a 25% refund if you still express interest in sending them back. Hardly worth it.
