A really great app. Easy to navigate, the sign up process was simple and I was able to start investing immediately. Mode are very informative and at the end of the week you get an update as to how much interest you have earned.

Have been using Mode for 6+ months and have had a great experience.
The team are very responsive, capable and are interesting in continuing to build and improve the App.
Best app for those in the UK looking for a simple way to buy and store their bitcoin - keep it up Mode!

This is a great app and super super easy to use. It’s really helped me start my bitcoin journey!

After careful review of several apps in the crypto space, I settled on Mode app, my reason being mainly is their trusted partners, Mode uses Modulr for fiat banking capabilities, the crypto is secured in Bitgo an industry leader in crypto custody, Mode are also regulated by the FCA unlike many other in this space.

The signup process was a breeze, and small issues resolved very quickly by support when they requested my verification documents.

They provide a "Bitcoin Jar" which offers interest on bitcoin deposits, this interest is the highest in the market.

I look forward to using Mode for my banking needs

Been using Mode banking for months and it’s impressive. Bought crypto multiple times with no issues. They also offer a UK bank account so you can easily transition between fiat and crypto. And they actually let you send your crypto else were.

Great service, bought some bcoin at 9k, so currently enjoying my 25% upside.

Really easy to use BTC app - much better and cheaper than other "crypto apps" plus you get to own your BTC unlike Revolut etc.

It is a pleasant experience to use Mode. Diligently designed with the high level of precision and simplicity. Secure and recommended app to hold btc and earn interest on it.

Very easy to use , good user design and the fees for buying BTC more competitive than any other app I have seen in the market. I would recommend for sure!

Great app! Let’s you buy bitcoin easily and gives a great interest rate at 5%...much better than bank savings rates!

The idea is great, while the app has some hiccups, the support team listens to feedback and it's always improving.

I didn’t think it was possible to buy and use bitcoin like this. This app doesn’t just make doing that the easiest thing ever, it’s a full blown banking app. I’ve got accounts for £, and €, and BTC. All in one app. I can’t wait to see this app keep developing - amazed that until last week I couldn’t easily send BTC to other accounts completely free. Now I can with mode. Highly recommended, well done whoever made this, thank you!

The app is super buggy. Unable to do basic things like withdraw funds or purchase crypto. The support is very poor. Took over 2 weeks for me to be able to contact them for a refund of my initial deposit. The app is poorly put together and I would worry about not being able to access any bitcoin or Fiat I had stored on the app.

Will take your money and use any excuse to hold it for as long as they can. Asked for a 'Transaction verification' AFTER they took my money, then delayed returning the money to me. Save yourself the trouble and go somewhere else.

My GBP bank deposit has not been credited for 4 days now, during which BTC has spiked.
It’s almost as if my money has disappeared and support still have not credited me after contacting them...
Because of this, I have missed out on an increase in the BTC price and have lost hundreds of pounds.
This is very poor service and I am not happy

Good app and useful, however when it comes to problems and support they aren’t the best,

Deposited GBP into my account which they said should take minutes, however I have not been credited and it has been over 3 days.
Deposited on a Friday and was not able to get an update or even response from support for the whole weekend until Monday.

When I finally got a response, problem still was not solved and I was only advised they are aware and it could take a few days to process.

Poor customer service on this part and it’s a shame as otherwise it is a very good app and easy to use

The only problem I have is that I have deposited GBP 2 days ago and still cannot see them in my account. I made it through bank transfer, which according to you it should only take few minutes. The app is great on its own, however bad experience so far.
