Great controller so far, got it to use macro, an better button remaps I could only do so much on a normal controller.

Fast delivery’s and controller seems to do good so far

Basically, this is a company that offers great configuration options for custom controllers. Among other things, based on the Xbox Elite Controller and the Dualsense Edge. The hardware mods also sound great. Now for the negatives. I configured a PS5 controller there, but the automatic discounts advertised on the website for purchases above a certain value were not applied. So I tried various discount codes from the internet and was always redirected to the shop, where the total amount was always recalculated. In one attempt, I deleted all discounts and unfortunately clicked on “buy” in the shop because I thought it would just recalculate. Unfortunately, no. My mistake, but only because their discount system wasn't working. Four minutes later, I sent a cancellation request to support and also did the same via the AI assistant. Supposedly, I should have received a response within 24 hours. Seven days and four attempts to contact them later, I have not received any response to my inquiries, the order itself, or anything else related to the order. With a controller costing 600 euros, you would expect prompt support, which unfortunately is not the case here. Completely unacceptable in my opinion. So if you are planning to buy something from here, please only do so if support is not important to you, and therefore neither are delivery times, complaints, etc. Absolutely not recommended with this level of support.

That's funny. I tried to contact you for 12 days with 6 different emails + a request via your AI assistant using the email address provided in your reply below. After 9 days, I received a cancellation and refund confirmation via my AI assistant request, and then 2 days later, of course without any refund, a shipping confirmation for my order. I have not received a response to my 6 emails and all the questions they contained, such as why the discount was not automatically applied, for 12 days now. Are you really recommending that I contact your support team, who never respond, about this case? In one of my emails, I even wrote that you should assign the employee who responds promptly here at Trustpilot to your support team so that you can respond direct to the customer. Perhaps there would then be fewer negative reviews here or on BBB. I was spot on with my assessment, because here is a response. Here is my order number (67959), which should be compliant with data protection regulations. I can probably save myself the time of contacting your “support” team, as evidenced by the last 6 emails that went unanswered. I'll keep this updated.
