The equipment I needed was originally not in their inventory but they found a supplier which was great. They organised for it to be delivered to the villa where I was staying in Spain. It was there on time, they communicated very well and were extremely helpful and reasonably priced. I would definitely recommend them.

Hired a profiling bed and hoist from Mobility Equipment Hire Direct for my trip to Ireland. The whole process was straight forward and smooth. All my questions and communications were answered promptly, and they were able to accommodate my hotel's requests for equipment delivery and collection times. I will definitely use them again.

Toilet seat was delivered to the owner's home as we had booked the cottage nextdoor. They then left it for us on our arrival. Easy to fit and use. Collected at the end of our stay without a problem.

Hired a mobility for my time in Castellon, Spain. The scooter was delivered directly to my hotel and collected after use. The scooter was exactly what I needed and allowed me to get around with ease. All correspondence was excellent and was a very efficient service. Would definitely use again.

Transaction was smooth, the wheelchair was waiting for us at our hotel. I was able to pay with PayPal with no problem. Communication was prompt and smooth during the entire process. The 800# for contact was for inside the UK only, and for outside was a local number of the local handler in the country we used the wheelchair (Vietnam). But was not a problem as was able to communicate well through their email.

Arranged for the hire of a profiling bed for a client. The team went above and beyond to meet the strict delivery timeframe of the property owner. Everything arrived and was collected as planned. Communication was fabulous, i had no doubts this equipment would not meet my clients needs.

The rollator was there when we arrived at the hotel, it worked great for my mom and was exactly as advertised, and was picked up with no issues.

I ordered a scooter for my mother. The type of scooter you can place in the trunk of a car. My experience was wonderful. The person that brought the scooter was very welcoming and helpful. He showed me how to break down the scooter and how to put it back together. He was very accommodating when it came to pick up time as well.

My scooter is always in great condition, always on time and help is always available should I need it. Great Service and an easy to use website for my needs.

Ordered a portable hoist for use in Illinois USA in sept for delivery in November at £152 ,5 days before travel we were informed that it had gone up by £80 so I cancelled order and ordered one myself directly with hire company cost me £155.this is the second time I have used this company.the first time our fight was cancelled due to covid offered a indefinite credit note so waited till we could travel to be told it was out of date .
