Only wants to show you the positive reviews from their own however base on what I had seen from this store is arrogant rude customer service from a Chinese own electrical Parramatta store. Unfriendliness and rude towards customers is unacceptable in terms of stuck attitude ! Also neither of them staff don't understand English that much ? Rudeness comes along way when it comes to this store.
You'll never see your purchase
They use extremely dodgy delivery services that won't eve try to deliver your item, and the companies have no ways to follow up, just robots on the phone or chatbots online. Good luck ever getting what you bought without jumping through hoops

Never buy at Mobileciti
Purchased NEW Samsung S21 from mobileciti WHICH SHOULD BE NEW AND SEALED! Seal was damaged so this is not new phone. NO trust to this shop!
Dodgy deceptive advertising
Dodgy deceptive advertising. The say 30-day return policy but deducted 25% from the refund.

Please be careful ordering from Leo Greyson.
I ordered phones which were supposed to arrive on October 14 and still nothing.
Leo is asking for more money every day.
I paid by Zelle and he says that he never received the money but I called Zelle and they told me that he got the money on October 11. Now every day he is asking for $200 more and another $1000..
He blocked me on Facebook. He scammed me for $1000!
Be careful! He is a scam!
Dodge "change of mind" policy
Purchased a watch on Ebay. Product was pricey and had terrible quality. Made the return and, surprise!
"Please be advised that the return is under a change of mind which would be an 80% partial refund minus the postage as we are unable to replicate the fault reported. "
I've been buying product on Ebay and Amazon for more than 10 years and never came across that type of policy. Don't be fooled by the prices and fast delivery. They even made me pay the return costs. Extremely outdated business model.
Terrible customer service warranty claims.
We bought a Curved 34inch monitor from mobileciti's ebay store in September of 2020. In January, it stopped working and just gave me a black screen where none of the menu buttons worked. Called up to claim warranty and they asked that we send them a video of what was happening. I do so, and then they tell me that they cannot deal with me as my roommate made the purchase. So he emails them, only to be told that we had to message them on ebay as that is how we purchased it. We do so, and it takes them a couple of days to get back to us asking to try using it on another device (which we did mention that we had already done that). A week goes by and we dont hear anything so I call them back. They have organised someone to come pick it up and we would recieve a message to organise this with the company. There goes another week without contact. Call them and they tell us they sent us a message, but there is no message to be found. Now instead of them picking it up, they are going to send through a label that we have to print to take it to the post office. One week later and still nothing so again I contact them. Finally get the return label (a photo of it that is barely legible that the post office was not happy) and its finally on its way to being returned. It has since been two weeks that the manufactoror has had my monitor and mobile citi promised me an update a week and a half ago. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM. Taking this to the ombudsman, I have never had such a bad experience.
Update: after two weeks of not hearing anything after returning it. I have again contacted them and their system no longer shows that I have returned it, even though the person on the phone two weeks ago confirmed it. Taking this to the ombudsman.
Constant calls
I keep getting calls from this company. They claim to be working with EE or other networks claiming to offer better details.
EE say this is a scam and they are NOT working with mobileciti or phonecity.
I've asked for them to stop calling me, but every week I get another two calls from them.

Bad experience with the online…
Bad experience with the mobileciti online shopping. Instead of solving issues. Shop manager will find all the excuses to prove that the customer at fault to avoid the basic care for the customers. Really shocking experience among all the shopping that I had been done through the years.
Two faulty products
Ordered two sets of earphones from mobileciti via dick Smith online shop for Christmas presents. Neither worked on Christmas Day. Received a refund after sending the product back with no explanation or apology. Seeing as both didn’t work seems like they are selling old stock.
Avoid like the plague
I bought a FitBit from Mobileciti via Amazon which arrived in April 2020. Both bands broke on the Fitbit in December 2020 so I sent them photos of the damage and requested replacement bands. They stated that they could not replace the bands as "appears it may have been subject to substances or force over a period of time not suitable for the device.", which is utter rubbish and their way of avoiding Australian Consumer Law. I was going to take this further but approached FitBit direct and they are sending me a replacement band. Avoid this company at all costs. They are cowboys pure and simple. This could have all been avoided if they had done the decent thing and replaced the bands for a few dollars or less.

A very Good and friendly company a great experience with them so happy to go with Mobile Phone Citi. Keep it up Guys
Utterly disgraceful
Utterly disgraceful. What a way to treat a heavily disabled person who is dire need of a working phone.
Bought the phone via Catch. It does not sit in its charging cradle properly. We also had another charging cradle from an exact same phone and it does not sit in that one either. That is obviously not enough for them. They keep insisting on photos (of a PORT INSIDE A PHONE??) They will not believe that TWO charging cradles can't hold this phone properly (because of the port) and keep insisting on photos. My sister is heavily disabled and now without a phone and they simply will not accept return of this (we've had it two weeks only and she's never been able to charge it properly). We have evidence from a carer who has also stated above. They're still saying they want photos. I quoted all law from the ACCC stating that within warranty and with a product not working properly there is NO SUCH THING as photos required and the product should simply be returned and refunded. Catch have been advised but doubt they'll do anything. I would never trust these people again and it is now in the hands of the ACCC. Terrible way to treat a disabled person (or anyone).
Never shop online at mobileciti
Ordered 3 items from mobileciti online and they only ever sent one, claiming they sent 3 to me. Biggest rip off company who never resolve any customer complaints Dont bother asking mobileciti for help. They accused me of lying, my household members of being theives and now trying to claim insurance from Auspost for something they never sent. They think the law and consumer rights doesht apply to them and unfortunately because the system is so complicated and time consuming, they seem to get away with it.

BAIT & SWITCH...they advertised Samsung phone for $249 went down the next day and they said it was now $265...my kids were buying their own phones and they had cash money...I asked them to honor their advertised price, they would not. SO, instead of taking a sale of 2 x phones for $500 they said no because they wanted $530...I didn't have any money on me, so my kids missed out. It's not like we were asking for a cheaper price than they sell them for, just their advertised price. She said I should have put a hold on the phones online then pay cash when I picked them up the next day...I said to her, "OK, lets pretend I did that, heres $500"..but she refused!!!

Falsely accused by Mobile citi and LG of damage.LG G3 - bootloop Issues
I found out about the lawsuit about bootloop issues against LG in USA. However, I’m in Australia. That exactly the same issue I had with my phone. After sending my phone to LG under warranty. I never got a refund. But falsely got accuse of damaging it with liquid contact. My phone never been in contact with liquid. I had to send my phone to get repair 3 times within a few months. It’s an ongoing problem with LG flagship phones for several generation. Clearly it’s a manufacturing problem but the blame is pass on to the consumers so as not to offer a refund. Very bad experience with LG and Mobile Citi during the process of trying to get a refund. Which they never offered
If you leave them a poor review they will contact you asking me a long list of information. It's a strategy, hoping you don't have the information so that they have an excuse not to help. It's also a strategy to frustrate you with a long conversation so that you give up and won't bother anymore. However, since I have all the information, they came up with other excuses. [name removed] from Mobile Citi told me it's been a long time, he can't reopen the case. However, he also wrote his colleague [name removed] was unable to overturn the outcome when I sent my phone to repair while it was under warranty. The timeframe excuse does not work since regardless of the time you complain they can't overturn the outcome. They offer "credit/discount" if I purchase again from them. In other words, after they sell a crap phone. And you need to send them more money to get a compensation. A joke of a solution that they offer, it's ridiculous.
My advice doesn't waste your time replying them after leaving a bad review. They will only waste your time. I feel one star is being generous to them. I would leave zero star if I could.
Bought a phone from them. I had to send it to repair 3 times while under warranty. I had to spend my own money to replace a battery. And the 3rd time, they refuse to offer a refund and they asked for more money if I want it to be repaired while being under warranty. Twice they asked me for money for repair while under warranty.
