Frustrated customer experience

As frustrated customers, we’ve been trying to resolve this issue for months with no proper response or solution. Despite providing clear evidence that our expensive robot vacuum was faulty just a few months after purchase, the company has ignored our warranty claim and dragged the matter endlessly. The lack of accountability and poor customer service is unacceptable.

Super excellent service!

Super excellent service!
I was able to buy two power banks for less than the sale price from other major suppliers.
Not only was the price unbeatable, the turnaround for my purchase was amazingly quick. Furthermore, the instore experience was spot on. The lady was very polite, extremely professional and very knowledgeable.
I’ll absolutely be shopping here again.

Ignores consumer law and valid warranty claims

Purchased a steam deck via ebay and they repeatedly flipped on the warranty period, presented a large amount of false claims about the item, and refused a valid warranty claim. If you're looking for aftercare or security in purchases I wouldn't shop here.
