They have friendly team members and the system is extremely convenient, very simple; you can quickly complete the process and order the phone you want in less than 5 minutes, whereas other operators require a ton of paperwork and signatures. Also, if you are near the Den Haag area, there are branches here and you can pick up the device quickly. I bought 2 devices with the invoice and I am extremely satisfied, I definitely recommend it.
