This scam company is the same as mmose.com, rsgoldstore.com, goldicq.com, teragoldnow.com

They are hosted through psychz.net which is based in LA and seems to have a number of scammer websites that have not been taken down.

Report them to psychz.net and maybe psychz.net will stop hosting their domains.

This is a scam site with lots of lies and false promises, never buy, if you do, use something you can get back your money (not bitcoin etc.).

So I ordered gold through mmook, they promised 20 minutes delivery, this is 4 days later and they won't do refund since "manager is not here" I contact them every hour on the day and still the same excuse, do NEVER buy from this site. It's a scam.

I contacted them asking if the could deliver in minutes and if they could contact supplier to make sure this could happen.
They said they could and am here, waiting for a day now, nothing yet has happened.
Their support is far from being polite, so just 1/5.

Absolutely the most horrible customer service and they will NEVER give you what you paid for. They are scammers, and they are hoping once you paid for your digital goods to never dispute the payment on PayPal so you can get your money back.

Classic customer service response: Sorry the supplier is offline, come back later and we will check again.

They have no supplier, stay away from Mmook.com as far away as possible.

Their prices are the best I've seen for many games compared to other gold buying sites. I purchased my gold and received it within 10 minutes! I will definitely buy from them if their prices stay competitive.

They will lie to you telling you they have product and it is on the way, then turn around and tell you nobody is there to send you the product. They are a scam

you are cheating people, 3 days I can not get your Gold, and you have one ita same excuse. Now you write that you can not contact your supplier. then when it appears that it would be on a different server.
I even sending a link always. as you ask. what do you mean. because you have there a robot instead of a person sits. give me back the money urgently. I'll complain about you.

I didn't receive any delivery. I contacted support via live chat three times and only received excuses and pretexts. They promised delivery every time but nothing happened. When I wanted refund suddenly no one in charge would be available for the next few days. This all seems to be flimsy. Beware of these scammers

Update: After I disputed the payment via Paypal after less then 24 hours I got my money back. So those paying with Paypal should try this. That seems to work at least.

First, i'd like to say this three websites are the same company with the same live customer (just check their contact info or the name on the payment).

I bought gold for around 23$.
Before purchase, i inquired about stock and delivery delays. They confirmed all was in stock and delivery should take from an hour to 24h max. I Asked if they refund if the delivery delais were not respected because i needed the gold for an ingame event that would end in 48h. They assured me everything would go rapidly and they would refund me if not.

10days later, still waiting.
I went to the live support after 24h to ask for info. They paste some automated messages telling they send my order again to the supplier and that i need to wait more.
So i waited more 24h.
The event i purchased the gold for was ending and still no gold. When i asked why, the same automated messages were answered, supplier currently offline, manager not working today.
Next day, still no answer, supplier still currently offline, manager on vacation, live support cannot give refund (even if it's noted in their "terms and conditions").
Next days, the same went going down. It's been 10days now and still no clear answer on why it's not been delivered and no one can grant me a refund because the manager never works. When i ask simple questions like: "why can't you ask the supplier why it has not been delivered?" or "Are you refusing to refund me?" or "When will your supervisor be at work?", they give bogus answers.

So unless you pay with paypal (which was not an option on my order) and can open a dispute, never buy on their site. I paid via skrill and have no legal options against them :(
Skrill does not interfere, they are just paid to collect and transfer money to scammers (they are profiting from scammers).

Order allods Crystal from this damn website. Waited ONE MONTH. Yes One month, and never received the Crystal. The customer service keep saying the supplier is offline, on vacation and so on. When I used different PC to enquire whether They have ALLODS gold/crystal stock, They said we have plenty of stock and delivery within 10 minutes. RIDICULOUS.

Till today no Crystal/Goods received. Learnt my lesson not to buy any Ingame currency with this Scammer. ANother Warning is that do not ever pay with money brookers. money brookers does not offer protection to customer unlike paypal.

Interestingly this website only accept payment through moneybrooker. (SKRILL)

My advice is : Do not trust this website.

I never purchased from this site before until today and my god, NEVER AGAIN! I asked if they were in stock before purchasing and they said they had plenty and told me to make the purchase. When I did, they said they couldn't find my order and to check back tomorrow. I asked them to check again and they wanted me to e-mail them my character info and what not. Then they actually had the nerve to ask me how old I was and who's card I was using. Like, seriously?? I use my boyfriend's card whenever I get mesos and I've never had a problem like this. I immediately asked for a refund and they said it would take up to 5 hours. Then the person on the live chat told me to use my own card if I ever wanted to buy from them. DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THIS SITE.

I tried to purchase some in-game currency from this site. There famous words are :The supplier cannot be contacted at this time" when you enter live chat. I waited for about 18 hours before submitting a dispute through paypal. The only positive thing is they refunded my money promptly and closed the case. I'm happy it was a small purchase and not alot of money was involved.

Be aware, they want you to run through hoops to verify yourself once submitting payment only to find out they cannot deliver on their end.

They lie and say they have stock and delivery in 10 minutes, then they tell you right after you pay their supplier is offline. Waited 10 days then filed a claim with paypal.

They refuse to refund your money through paypal and instead tell you to use some other 3rd party which is a guarantee identity theft site.

The real scam here is not about selling you online currency/items but IDENTITY THEFT. BE CAREFUL GUYS. When you try for a refund and they send you to a 3rd party site to get your money, that is where the TRUE SCAM is and thats how they steal your IDENTITY. I am reporting these guys to the FBI cyber crimes division.
