False advertising, should have read reviews. I'm normally pretty good, a moment of weakness and impatience but I'm glad I paid by PayPal as I can dispute the payment.
It's the same story as everyone else Supplier is not online, please check back later. 48hrs later and still no product.
I honestly do not recommend this company to anyone, especially if you want a quick delivery or to receive anything at all.
**Update** On the 3rd day they sent me a refund as they couldn’t fulfil the order.

I have made an online purchase (158.48 EUR) on 10 March 2023 but they refused to effect the delivery and refused to refund.
Furthermore, they are trying to get my personal data and my account data in order to perform some illegal action. They did not send me any invoice, so i am convinced they (mmook com) are evading paying taxes as well. Their bank account is DE10202208000000019196 - how can i return my money?

I bought gold for Lineage 2.
I've been waiting for two days and nothing.
In the support of the site, the same answer all the time: "wait".

Bought cash for my game didnt recieve it since 24hours, thank god i paid with pay pal and i can get my cash back now. This website is a huge scam. Like others already said there are common answers like the supplier isnt online etc etc keep on getting the same replies. Again do not buy here

Isn't a scam, however, they are pretty slow.

If you are expecting a 5 minute delivery, think again. It'll be 2-3 days from my experience.

It has been years since I last used them, however I honestly would use them again. Wouldn't be my first choice though.

Order was expedited a bit slower than advertised, but product is 100% what i ordered :-)

Please never buy nothing from them and if u did request paypal refund!! They always saying "our supplier for this game is offline" or "the supplier for this game is not answering please give us more time" and refuse to do a refund in the chat , but as soon you do a paypal claim next day they give the money back!

I have ordered 2-3 times from them, every single time promised me the delivery will be within few hours, those few hours turn into few days, every single time, and it's not even a big order like 100-200-500$ etc... I literally ordered 8$ amount, and had to wait 3 days for delivery, false advertisement and dog service. I wouldn't even give them 1/5 honestly, if i could i'd do 0/5. MMOOK is a bad service, must avoid

The first time i order i got my gold within 12-18 hours and i wanted to buy again its been 5 days now and still have same issues supplier offline and live chat keep repeting same thing over and over again i wouldnt recommand they are too inconstant.

Edit : 1 week later i recive my gold they are legit but sometimes need to wait very long.

I bought small amount of gold first time, took few days but I did get it. Now I tried to buy from them again and almost week later getting lied to and no delivery. Please avoid this site.

They are a scammers, carefully never buy there never!!!

I have been waiting for my gold for 2 weeks. The supplier is never online. I have massaged 12 time in one day a week later and no response from the supplier. You can give your money to them. Mmook are the middle man. The ones that get your gold for your game is from another company which dont answer mmook. Asking for my refund now.

I purchased Maplestory Mesos from them yesterday. They have a bot advertising on the game saying fast delivery plenty in stock. Well its been 2 days now and they keep saying that the they will contact supplier.... y'all false advertising. I'm gonna contact bank and get refund.

DO NOT BUY FROM THEM, jsut bought gold from them through G2G, waited 48 hours and no life sign from the seller, obviousely got scammed, G2G refunded me with their site credit and bought from another one

I have not shopped here but I'm leaving a one star because obviously from the other reviews you can tell they are scanners. They deserve a lower rating.

I couldn't leave a 0 star review so I have to be generous, absolute disgusting customer service from this company, believe the reviews they offer instant delivery and then constantly claim the supplier is offline, you don't receive the goods and they refuse to answer your questions, please do yourselves a favour and go elsewhere as this company is a con

False advertisement and the customer service is so unprofessional. I presume all of them are uneducated with Low EQ as they are so rude when handling issue. My order took more than 3 days and they keep giving excuse and said they are not within controlled of what they promise. This type of webpage should really be ban and the customer service robin should be send for further education. They say they talk is so arrogant and uneducated. Whoever buying from their website I wish you all the best and hope they have gone for further training. If I were their manager. I would send them back to their hometown to be farmer instead.
