well i guess i should of read other reviews first with the stated advertising heres what is/was said on the product i purchased:

"Deliver in 15-30 min usually, always in the estimate time delivery. Price is cheapest and delivery time is accurate. All server gold in stock."

placed my order 12 hours ago, and i'm now cancelling as item not received. when asked on chat at first, they evaded my question when i ask how long, 10 hours later they tell me a lie "his net is down so this is why blah blah blah" <- lie, so i told them I did not purchase from them to source else where.

AVOID AVOID AVOID and always research these people before you click the purchase button!

False Advertising. Just as others have said before me, they advertise they have the items or currency in stock with a delivery time within 1 hour. Off the back I get a chat message saying wait 2 days. That is not right but I did give them that long, It has been 4 days now and I have only gotten 17 of the 30 items I placed a order for. I have been in contact with CEO of G2G.com along with the cyber security agency I work with here in the East Coast. All goes well this company will never scam another person again.

Be warned DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH MMOOK

I bought adena in Lineage2! It toke 2 days to deliver, but I got them.
So I would recommend!

Categorically do not purchase from this seller.

I tried to purchase virtual goods via the website G2G. Having paid them they have repeatedly told me to wait even though they have the goods. The price moved upwards since I purchased and they are holding off delivering to me until the price comes down which could be weeks. Really poor poor service. Avoid at all costs.

Do not trust this supplier!
I placed an order for virtual goods in a game. At first glance, it seemed like a professional service. Quick response. Then I waited, and waited. After 5 days (they market 4 hour delivery), I asked. With a vague answer, I then requested an estimate, to manage my own expectations. 3 days later they charged my card (via PayPal) and sent a receipt. Nothing received. Like many others, it appears they have scammed me. I am in process of a complaint, but am considering going straight through PayPal.
What I've learned: google a supplier first!

I ordered virtual currency for a mobile game I play. After payment, they started giving strict stipulations regarding how it was to be dispersed to me. I immediately requested a refund, which they refused to provide. I filed a dispute with PayPal and they sided with mmook.com. It makes me wonder if they're in cahoots... either way, I'm out nearly $100 and didn't get what I ordered, so screw PayPal and screw mmook.com. AVOID THEM LIKE THE PLAGUE!!

Dont buy adena from them!!! theyve been stalling for over 3 days now and dont respond to any message about refund... only answer with macros!

SCAMMERS!!! BEWARE!!!
Made a purchase via Paypal.
Item never delivered and repeatedly told that the "supplier" is offline.
Asked for a refund multiple times, but the requests were all ignored.
Opened up Paypal dispute and now they are making up fake screenshots and chat history. lol
Luckily I have been video recording.

Never trust this website! They have the same answer on LIVE CHAT, supplier is offline and will sent/mail you asap once they online! Why they allow consumer to purchase when they do not have the stock? They always push it to the supplier..... Please try seagm.com instead, with promise and sent on time.

I'm not giving 5 stars to Mmook.com site but to PayPal that helped me to get my money back from Mmook.

I'm happy now 'cause they wouldn't give me my money back though I asked many times. But when PayPal handled the thing, I got my money back in 24 hours.

Would definately not recommend, try a more trusted website. I think they are hackers/thieves.

It took them a 2 days to deliver my purchase to me when it’s say on the site they would deliver in 24 hours. The customer service is ok, but the Distributor takes forever. There’s also no management. Very disappointing. Probably will never use them again

None existent manager or any real support the low prices are bait to fish for high amount of cash

Said the supplier was offline, didn't say when they would be online. Chat person spoke broken english. I asked for a refund, they said that the order would be delivered and to wait. I kept asking and they didn't give it to me. I threatened to report them to Paypal, the BBB, and write bad reviews. They eventually gave me a refund. I would suggest anyone else that has been scammed do the same.

Wow! A lot of fake comments here. How does Trustpilot allow this? Turstpilot is actually approving this scam website to have excellent rating based on some spam fake feedback? This is ridiculous! Anyway, I will keep giving them negative feedback for everyone to see how desperate this lair of thieves really is!

THEY ARE SCAMING PEOPLE. I PAYED 121 EURO AND THEY DIDNT GAVE ME NOTHING. THEY ARE SAYING TO SEND THEM MORE MONEY WITH WESTERN UNION AND AFTER THAT GIVE ME MY REFUND !
