These shoes are absolutely so comfortable and lightweight it's gonna make work so much better!

If I could give zero stars, I would. Like so many others, I ordered as a gift in December 2022. It's now May and I still haven't received my order. I've emailed several times and get the same response 'they are with our overseas shipper' and 'we're experiencing delays'. Fraudulent company and crappy shoes.

Do not buy anything from this company, i ordered shoes in December 2022 and I still have not received them may 2023 writing this. Total scam

Absolute scam of a company. Do not fall for it. Got a subscription to get free stuff (worthless) and they reserve the right to cancel your subscription whenever they please, in which they do not reply to you. Haven’t got my shoes for two months and counting. Don’t be foolish and waste money too.

So it appears MLO continues to author good reviews so their rating doesn’t totally tank to 1*. I challenge anyone saying they received shoes and other positive reviews to post pictures of their shoes on their feet with a current newspaper proving the date. This is a total scam.

Absolute scam of a company. Ordered shoes on April 23rd and still have not received a shipping confirmation, when contacted to refund and cancel my order, I get zero response. Only out there to rip people off. DO NOT BUY.

Please be warned they charge you when you place the order and never ship the product. Still waiting for Dec 2022 order and they will not refund the money even though you stand no chance to get it

Order two pairs of shoes, and never received them.
Checked tracking after 3 months and Status stated Expired. Sent several emails including at least 2 requesting for my money. The correspondence lead me to seek alternative solution and a feeling of being unheard and dissatisfied. Purchased shoes in December before American holidays.. Til this day, have yet to receive a follow up.

Never received half of my order….ordered in December!!! My order was guaranteed to come by Christmas 12-2022 and now it’s late 4-2023 and nothing. Multiple emails and they won’t give a refund…. Trying to go through my credit card company now for a refund. Terrible customer service, terrible business practices. The shoes we did get and a solid OK. Stylish but somewhat cheap looking, women’s sizing is off and material for soles is too thin…. My son stepped on a hard wooden branch and he got poked by a stick through his shoe…. So I would say ordering from mlo has been a waste of my time and money.

This is a fake brand that drop ships the same poorly made shoes that are sold on AliExpress. Go see for yourself on AliExpress. You can buy the exact same shoes for only $12 on Aliexpress. It’s absurd and a con. I was able to return the shoes, but there was no formal return process. They just said return the shoes at my expense and to give them the tracking number. They didn’t give a return authorization number. Fortunately they did process my refund but I’ve read other reviews from others saying they never did receive the shoes or a refund. They’re trying to pose as fancy shoe startup and are succeeding at scamming lots of people with their “high quality” shoes. The label on my pair was also ripped and their excuse was that they are handmade so there will be imperfections and that the customer should accept this fact. What a joke.

Absolutely love these shoes! One of the most comfortable things I have stepped foot in, as my heels feel like their teeth skiing on foam clouds. They do run a bit small however, so size up by half. The style is unique as well, perfect for a night out.

I’m usually a 10.5 in almost every shoe but you don’t carry that so I went with 11 and they are the perfect fit. VERY comfortable and look great, I want to get the white next.

This company is a scam! I ordered a pair of shoes Nov 26, 2022 and it is now April and I haven’t received them. I have reached out multiple times and they said they cannot issue me a refund because my shoes have already shipped, and that they are “checking with their team” to see where the package is. When it is confirmed lost, then they can send me a new pair and then I can return them for a refund. It’s been over 4 months and they’re still not confirmed lost! They have now stopped responding to my emails. I will be filing with the better business bureau and I would be interested in joining a class action lawsuit. They are a SCAM!!!!

Dont buy from this company. All their 5 star reviews are bots, notice how every 5 star reviews last name is a letter and period (ex: Stephen B.) Instead of every other bad review being the full name. Just a CAUTION to everyone.
