Ordered two pairs of shoes. Received after a lengthy wait. Returned one and exchanged the second. No refund on one pair. After months of excuses to why they were having issues with the refund I just disputed it with my credit card. Exchange pair never arrived and no updates on status. “Customer service” eventually stopped responding.

I never received my shoes. It’s been over six months. No customer service .. nothing. Bad company.

No product delivery - since Dec 2022. Will not refund. Very dishonest company.

*uodate: After 7 months and leaving a review- finally refunded. Still had to go through a series of bots or service agents that had no knowledge of order history. Review stands.

I didn’t get my shoes this company is a scam I ordered in April and it is now June going into July!

Beware of company. I bought 3 pairs. Of shoes from them. Late October 2022. It is June 22 2023. I received One incorrect pair. Try to get my money from the credit cards, but I waited too long because they kept on telling me. That, it was on this way. Stupid of me for believing Them. Do not buy from this company. It's a waste of money and time. How can a law action suit against them be done ?I'm in Michigan.

Ordered a pair of Shoes back on May 18th 23. I'm from Australia so I understand there might be shipping delays. However. I haven't received a tracking number or any information. I hope this company gets shutdown. Seems like the majority of people are unsatisfied with the service delivered. Absolute shambles.

I ordered two pairs of shoes and only one was sent to me. I've emailed repeatedly and they keep saying that the shoes will be sent eventually but they don't know when. When I ask for a refund they say they cannot do that until the shoes arrive to my address, again they don't know when. I'm reaching out to the state attorney general and BBB then also reaching out to my bank to get my money back. I highly discourage anyone from buying from this company. They're trash. I ordered on May 15, 23 and still do not have the shoes.

Scam never sent shoes it’s been 2 months and customer service is a bot that sends the same repetitive messages. Avoid MLO at all costs. They refuse to resend the package or refund the missing shoes. Garbage company that steals your money.

I ordered a pair of shoes and they never sent them.. tried getting ahold of customer service and just keep getting automated responses .. I would highly recommend never ordering from this company!

I ordered 2 pairs of shoes on December 27, 2022. It's now June 3, 2023 and I have NOT received my order. I've contacted customer support multiple times for updates. I'm promised that they will follow up with me to provide an update and it never happens. I ordered shoes that were apparently on pre-order. I never saw that on the site when I was placing my order. However, I would think it wouldn't take over 6 months to receive an order especially if the company is having a holiday sale. Do not order from them. I wish I could get a refund.

I ordered boots on March 27. 2023 and I have yet to receive them. They can't even tell me if they have shipped or when I will get them. I had to go spend money on another pair of boots cause I haven't got what I ordered yet. Tried to cancel my order and get a refund but got told I couldn't get a refund until I received the boots and sent them back for a refund. Seriously.

All I can say is I ordered a pair of white decent looking pair shoes in early November 2022, today is May 30th 2023 and I still haven't received them. I will never order from this company again. I want my money back.

Terrible Service...Never got product

I purchased these shoes in November 2022 and still haven't received my product as of 5/23/2023. This should not be OK and I have to believe this company is a scam. Even reached out to support for the 10th time with the same "be patient due to shipping issues". I would implore consumers to not have your money stolen by this company. This kind of experience should not be acceptable.

They rob people of their money and don’t send their shoes. It has been 3 months since I ordered my shoes, and customer service keeps saying they are working on processing my order. Do not waste your money, it’s a scam!

WOW! I’m so surprised to see I’m not the only person who has been lied to by this company. Stating that shoes are on pre-sale and will be contacted when they are ready to be delivered.

I also bought shoes during Black Friday and have NEVER received them. This company is a huge scam and I plan to put reviews about this experience everywhere possible.

Honestly, MLO has been a complete nightmare to work with and I believe the company is about to go under completely. Having ordered from them years ago very successfully, I can tell immediately the red flags in their customer service and delays. They likely are not intending to ever deliver on these orders anymore. I ordered a good 3 months back and have been getting the same copy-pasted responses with no exact timeframes on my order at all being offered. In the past, they would ship within 2-3 days and deliver just as quickly, now it is evident they are just offering a cheap Chinese product they can’t get their hands on anymore for whatever reason.

Do not buy from MLO. They try to withhold refunds and cancellations as well on undelivered orders, and are just a complete scam at this point. I will not be surprised at all if they don’t exist in a few months from now.

Ordered shoes Black Friday & have yet to receive them. Have reached out several times via email only to be told they have to contact logistics. As of May, still haven't received the shoes nor have they heard from logistics.
Save yourself the headache.....don't order!
